Dammit I just bought NS2 during the sale and wouldn't mind the other 2.
Good thing I don't care about the orc game, so i'll pick this up cheap.

its under $5 right now pretty sweet deal imo
Natural Selection 2 is hands down the best inde FPS game out there and it's my favorite FPS game to come out in the last 5 years. It's hard to learn though and even experience players don't master all of it. Hell I'm at 500 hours and still need to improve on fade and alien comm.

I wouldn't recommend playing Civ 5 so soon. One game takes about as long as to finish Sleeping Dogs, Mass effect 2, the walking dead and Portal 2 combined . Worse even if you play with friends, you won't need to play another game.

I'd say portal 2 is a must to play first, and it's a short game, then if you want something casual Walking dead is a good choice.Overall you have a lot of open world games so it's going to be difficult to invest yourself in every single one of them, so maybe choose one between GTA/ skyrim/ fallout

I would say play Fallout 2 or Xcom first
|
I decided on Final Fantasy 7 lmao

I picked up Shadow warrior, and3 bioshock games(actually got them on Amazon lol, whole pack for $14 they owned steam.) I still need to beat Batman Arkham Origins, and then I will start a Bioshock marathon after finals :D

Well i got the latest humble bundle.
Why do I feel like im wasting money on games that i would probably never play .... but they are so cheap !!
|
I bought the latest humble bundle and the weekly sale.
Still only tried a couple of the games from the last bundle. Look forward to messing with Multimedia Fusion 2, and I just finished Limbo so Oddplanet should be interesting.
As for having too many games. I'm approaching it from the perspective of trying anything that looks interesting (particularly if its dirt cheap) and its basically research since I'm trying to get into the game development industry. That's my excuse anyway lol.
That said, I really wanna play Starbound. But I'm not sure if it's just enjoyable to watch (watching the TB/Jessie series for the lulz) and if i'll actually enjoy playing it since minecraft style games kinda bore me.

Oh shit... I know i will never play them, but this bundle is really amazing.. i think i'll once again buy it and never play it..

As someone who has sunk 20 hours in since Thursday, I'd say hold off unless you're chomping at the bit to play it. The game has bugs as it's a beta, and is constantly being re-worked. The entire mob system and planet level mechanic is being completely redone in the next update which is triggering a character wipe. In all likelihood, you can expect multiple character wipes before we get to launch. That being said, I've been having a blast! I found myself playing again this morning exploring another planet even knowing my character would be retired in the next several days.

Picked up the humblebundle for Gmod and the others if I get time. Since I stopped playing Gmod 7 years ago it was unreal that it was still being played (I stopped right before it went to paid model). There've been so many improvements I found myself, 5 days after purchase, with over 40 hours already sunk into it. Super (dangerous) fun game.

That's a smart attitude. You should blog about it, to see your analytical progress and get feedback. It's extremely important to find the words to describe what you have in mind in this industry.

Thanks. I'll have to think about it. I really do struggle with describing things so its a good idea. Maybe one day.
Ahh it's hard being a poor student and wanting to play everything haha.
Has Chivalry deadliest warrior ever been on sale? Game looks really fun and i'm not liking the changes to WotV.

The deadliest warrior DLC has been on sale but at 25% off, according to the leaked email games might not change prices in the winter sale so that will probably be the lowest it will get until next year.

Yea well I'm not really into blogging, wouldn't have much to write about. I do frequently describe games n such to my other classmates (bunch of console gamers ughh) and i've been tweeting a lot more recently about stuff.
I wrote a review on steam today if that counts :p
Now I'm tossing up between getting Chivalry DLC or Starbound. Both i'll prob enjoy but most likely get bored with fairly quickly (and regret buying them) lol.
These humble bundles and steam flash sales can make you really stingy when looking at regular prices for software.

Well, just only buy Games you really want to play.
