Didn't see the sale on Steam, though, so I guess it was regional... Dunno if it's gonna pay out tho. That's incredibly stupid...if you sell at 15 you only get 13 back.

Should I play Opposing force/blue shift, or go straight into Half Life 2? Half Life 1 was already vanquished. HL1 spinoffs are kinda decent but very skippable. I'd go directly to HL2+episodes.

And Monaco, I played it for an hour too and it was fun but playing with random strangers on the internet doesn't seem like the way to go. Also, the visuals of the game are very erratic and distracting. Torchlight II is actually pretty fun. Maybe you just need to try different classes. Act I is kind of like a tutorial mode too, so maybe give it some more time. My biggest problems with it are just that it kind of lacks ambiance compared to Diablo and it's a bit cartoony. I didn't like the engineer but a lot of people love it. Personally I found the Berserker to be the most fun so far. If you give it more of a chance and don't end up liking it, maybe ARPG's just aren't for you. Maybe you do like ARPG's and TL2 just doesn't click for you. That happens too. ![]()

I don´t like the cartoonish style of Torchlight 2 but I love the grafic overall. Everything is so lifely and feels fresh in comparison to D3. All dungeons look different, so many tiny ambient things (at least feel for me much better as D3). Skills feel a bit meh, imo D3 is stronger there. Items in Torchlight much better, took me really long to find out was is better for me (well probably I didn´t). Quests no real difference, there is only so much you can do in such games. Bossfight were imo a highlight in D3 as it felt a bit challenging at the beginning, TL2 is visually more pleasing imo but mostly more stale in the fights (might be as I had a 20% lifesteal itemset early on and best in all fights to just autoattack). Overall I just played the the shit out of TL2 the last two days and loved it, I rate it higher than D3 although I don´t like the grafic style and really liked D3. For that price imo totally worth it. Starting NG+ actually is really tempting, I hope to find time the next days. Other games I bought: Civ 5 Gold update Bastion Mount&Blade: Warband but pretty sure I won´t have time until I take vacations.
