I have always thought about getting this game, would it be worth my money to get it, or should I wait to see what tomorrows sales are instead? Are you sure? From what I can see, both Origins and the expansion Awakening are $10 each, adding to $20. Maybe I'm missing a pack, but I don't think you can get both for $10. Still, they don't seem to be on the daily deals, unlike DA2, so their prices may be the same until July 10.

If you're into RPG's it's one of the best modern ones today.

It's a franchise sale so it applies to all Dragon Age games. They're on daily sale. If there was only DA1 for cheaper I would recommend it for sure, Awakening and DLC aren't that impressive. It's a pretty good deal, since you seem very interested in the game I would recommend it. It's not a bad game for sure, though I can understand people who don't like it.

If you click for the franchise sale list, it's Dragon Age Origins : Ultimate Edition, which includes the expansion and all 9 content packs for $10. If I didn't have it, it would be a must-buy for me. Great game.

It's weird, I can get the Franchise Packs for the other games, like Assassin's Creed Collectors Edition, or actually all the games that have the Franchise Sales tag, but Dragon Age Origins: Ultimate Edition just does not show for me, even if I specifically search for Dragon Age in the search box. It doesn't actually matter much, I wasn't going to get it, I just find it strage. Maybe it's the localization or something. Or I'm just being dumb and doing something wrong.

1. Tropico 3: Its a pretty fun Carribean island dictatorship simulator. Game looks like Simcity, but you don't get revenues from taxes, but more from trading the resources on the island by making your population go farm/mine/process. Theres the typical US vs USSR theme as well in the 1960s. Its a pretty fun game but can get repetitive between scenarios ( have to build up infrastructure each game), and can be confusing as how the mechanics work at the start. 2. Assassin's Creed franchise: Don't buy the first if your just looking for gameplay fun. Do buy if your trying to figure out how the story started. The 2nd and Brotherhood are far superior. 3. Defense Grid: The game is pretty fun, but it is like Plants vs Zombies, it is only tower defense. If its not your cup of tea stay away. Otherwise pretty fun game. The 4 DLCs can be bought or earn from the summer ticket event I believe. 4. Dragon Age franchse: I've only played the first one and it is really a great game overall, both in story and RPG- gameplay-wise. The combat is a bit difficult to grasp at first but isn't a big problem at all. It is close to being the last of Bioware's great games. Dragon Age 2, I haven't bought due to the bad reputation of recycling places in story, hack-n-slash gameplay, endless mob waves just for the sake of endless mob waves, dialogue options are no longer diverse but evil:neutral:good. In general, the first is a great buy, but stay away form the second one, not until its at bargain bin price. 5. Torchlight: This game is well, Diablo, but singleplayer. There really isn't much of anything else to say about it. So yeah, its a pretty fun dungeon crawler if your into them.

However, got Just Cause 2 and Homm pack and been racking some hours on them, quite good ones I have to say. Right now I'm downloading Tropico 3's demo to check it out, been considering Transformers but the reviews and comments about it are bit conflicting, gameplay seemed decent though repetitive. Might get AC collection too, played the first one at friend's place, while repetitive it was still somewhat enjoyable. Then again, the price is quite off putting as I could get some 2-6 decent games with its price from later days if those few games from my wishlist end up in daily deals. (Come on Frozen Synapse, get at least 50% off!)

So, while the first game may not be worth his full price, if you are getting other two, you may as well get the first one for less than 50 cents.

So its really not a great deal for me. I just want AC:B.

I had minimum 150hrs fun with it. It's just so good. So many choices, characters and storylines, even for your start there are 6 different "Race-Stories".

I am loving that game and have already put 14 hours towards it in 3 days.

Or keep begging but at least go do it elsewhere, surely not needed here.

Hard, yet all have real solutions and are very satisfying to complete. I've gotten every one but one, and I'm starting on world 6 now. ^^

Didn't really enjoy torchlight all that much. Only racked up 13 hours since I got it. It felt like Diablo 2 without any multiplayer and I admit I didn't really like the art style all that much either. It is a decent game, and for a few bucks worth a go if you like those sorts of games (still works out as being very cheap entertainment per hour) I'm thinking about getting Transformers, the gameplay looks really simple and reminds me a bit of Devil May Cry 3rd person kill everything games but they are fun sometimes too ![]() As other have mentioned, Dragon Age Origins is awesome RPG goodness.
