- Football Manager 2011. Very good game however I feel that those that would like to buy it already have it. - Super Meat Boy. Devilishly hard platformer, good but very very frustrating at times. - Magicka. This is a very fun game to play in co-op. Don't buy this if you're going to play it solo though. Note that there is a 4pack of this game available for only 3 times the price of a single copy! This also ensures you actually have some friends to co-op with. ![]() My questions: How good is Fable 3? I just bought the Witcher 1/2 and am very much enjoying part 1 so far. EDIT: See the green text.

I don't recommend Fable 3. It's mildly fun but annoying if you don't take your time in the first play through. Which I didn't (nothing even suggests you should) and there's not enough customization or things I didn't do last time to draw me back to play again Hoard and BC2 are my picks for the day. over 30 games so far for less than $150... less than $5 a game... This feels criminal 8D love it.

BFBC2 is definitely worth the $5 they're asking. It would be good to practice with in anticipation of BF3.

Most not, Vietnam probably is, marshlands and final frontier if you like to play a different challenge mode with some friends. (I bought those 3 too, I don't like pvp) Don't expect lot's of playtime though, maybe 2 hours per map for 6 attempts or something. Highly recommend super meat boy, best platformer I've played in ages.

I'd recommend magicka, although playing it in multiplayer will improve the experience a ton. Fable 3 just isn't a very good game, isn't worth the price even on the daily deal. I also wouldn't recommend Hoard. The price is low, but the chances you play more than a few minutes are even lower.

For me the most fun I had with the game was playing the Co-op campaign and then just screwing around and killing my friends at all possible times. That actually is also encouraged by the developers with the following loading screen tip: "Remember, if you kill your buddy you can steal his equipment." For some reason the different challenge arena's didn't give me the same enjoyment so I personally didn't care so much about that feature. As a result I personally don't care about the DLCs that add more arena's. Only buy these if you want more challenge arena's. * Marshlands * Final Frontier * The Watchtower At any rate you should NOT buy the following DLC's, they only add new skins/graphical stuff. * Wizard's Survival Kit * Nippon * Party Robes

Probably just because BF3 is looming though. Some of these games have been cheaper before, like Resident Evil 5(which is lacking content versus the console versions' Gold edition) and Super Meat Boy(soon after its release too). If you're not going to play them soon, I'd wait for the fall and holiday sales. Half-Life complete I'd definitely get if you haven't played them. Half-Life 1 is still great. You can get updated textures made for the Dreamcast version of Blue Shift btw. https://support.steampowered.com/kb_article.php?ref=3157-QDVN-1426

I bought it for 3.50 once, but that was in euros, I don't know how expensive it was in the US then. Most of the time it's dollar = euro though.

Honestly, you are risking the chance of saving $10 for the chance of saying $1.50. $5 or $3.5 hardly matters, and it's an awesome game, definatelly worth far more than that. Even if it has been cheaper before, nothing guarantees the fact it will be cheaper later.
