Yes, really. Most of the DLCs for Retribution is just cosmetic stuff, mostly for WH40K fans. There are no DLC with gameplay effect for normal multiplayer. Then there are some single player wargear DLCs (handy but not needed) and some Last Stand stuff, like some additional wargear and the Tau commander you posted. LS is kind of a spin off game, cooperative mode with no connection to other modes. Saying the game is loaded with exclusive heores and units is wayyy off. | ||

Think I spent around $60 this sale, and got a decent bundle. -Bastion -Braid -Capsized -Dungeon Siege 3 -Skyrim -Jamestown -PixelJunk Eden -Revenge of the Titans -Sanctum -Star Wars: KotOR -Torchlight -VVVVVV -Zeno Clash Haven't tried more than half of them yet, but mostly kus I've sunk a fair few hours into Knights of the Old Republic (such a good deal for 2.50). | ||

The single player has some wargear DLC, which is admitedly pretty decent and could be used whole campaign easily, but it's nothing you'd need. Competetive multiplayer (1v1, 3v3 etc) has only cosmetic DLC. The Last Stand co-op mode has the Tau commander DLC and wargear pack for other heroes. | ||

While I do agree with you, this is more of a sc2 site these days IMO than a BW site my list: Witcher 1 (I figure it'll take me until winter sale to finish, at which point i can get witcher 2 for hopefully cheaper) Trine 2 (Doesn't even work trying to connect...) I'm set for awhile in terms of games | ||

And even we germans hate gothic 3 and pretend it doesnt exist along with deus ex 2 and dragon age 2. and as long as the games dont crash "too old" is a silly complaint when the gameplay is 10/10. | ||
