But overall impressive new game play i can't wait for the jets. It's to compete with Call of Duty, I believe. Modern Warfare 2 had Eminem for their commercials and I think Black Ops too... Anyways... These times are for the CLOSED BETA only available to MOH:LE/tier 1 or BF3 preorders off of Origin EA Australia tweeted that battlefield 3 will be released at 10PM AEST which translates to 10PM AEST 12pm GMT 2pm CEST 8am EDT 7am CDT 5am PDT 1pm BST Source: https://twitter.com/#!/EA_Australia

Raedwulf_ss @TomasDanko Are any of the maps bigger than 2,000 meters? TomasDanko Tomas Danko @Raedwulf_ss How about more than twice that size... @TomasDanko Do I take that statement with a bag of salt and a shot of tequila? Or are you being serious? If true, that's MASSIVE. @Raedwulf_ss #BF3 is massive. Expect us. @TomasDanko @Raedwulf_ss You say you got a map perhaps twice the size of 2k*2k meters, but...how much of that is playable area?? @hurrdedurp123 @Raedwulf_ss All of it. Please let it be! ![]()

Imagine CoD gunplay with poorly done BC2 destructible objects and multiplayer design and you have MoH. I don't necessarily have high standards for games, but for something as hyped as MoH, it was terrible.

Like I said, it is to compete with Call of Duty, which both games are targeting towards the younger audience. You're not the demographic they need to pull in. 10-18 year olds listen to hip-hop more than they listen to metal (my experience), so putting a classic Jay-Z song that a lot of people knows is a marketing technique to catch the attention of the crowd. I am a fan of many music genres, so the song worked just fine for me. I also never associated Jay-Z with warfare, but guess what... 99 problems and a bitch ain't one is 100% accurate. There's all sorts of forces against the troops, and the only thing they're not worried about is women. Quite accurate, lol In the end, its advertising and music is just opinion. Lots of stuff doesn't make sense if you watch TV and see the commercials, but it just needs to be memorable. If every time you hear that song, which is still played on the radio sometimes, it makes you think of Battlefield 3. If it happens to some people, then their job has been done correctly. At least they didn't use Soldja Boy's "Tell Em" and then the whole world would be pissed. Take this as a fair compromise
