Random spawn dragon (Frost, I believe) shows up in Dawnstar, and it's spectral (that see-through blue color that some ghosts are). I didn't get to kill it, but it had no recognition that it was special in anyway. It was just a ghost dragon... | ||

+ Show Spoiler + So i have talked to the greybeards and the jarl in Whiterun has agreed to let me call down the dragon. I walk out to the huge balcony i have my odavhiin shout ready and i shout endlessly while the jarl says "summon this dragon of yours" nothing happens, i try to load game everything nothing happens, the dragon is not coming. What am i doing wrong? | ||

What am i doing wrong? Make sure you are using the right shout too. Also, my game bugged when I used the shout in the wrong place so I had to open up an older save to fix it. Maybe try opening up a save from right before you got the shout? | ||
