There's always something inherently better about programs spread by word-of-mouth. I can google up and down all day to find a specific program, but people that have actually worked with these things are probably going to know which to avoid and which to love (google isn't very sparing in his partners). Thanks for the link though, that'll help me out. | ||

Then again, nobody seems to play anyway. In three months on the last server we had over 4,000 unique players on the server. So far, in four months on this server, we've had less than 500 people log in and over 400 of those played for less than 30 minutes total. There was a whole lot of "omg i cant wait to play this again!" and a lot of people offering to help out at first but pretty much all of those people never showed up at all. The pony server looks to have slowed down, too, and they're a niche community on here so they're much more tight-knit than we are. Most of my old server admin friends have given up on their servers due to traffic dying out, too. The game in general is just dying unless you're one of the big public servers that does a lot of advertising. *shrug* | ||
