oh wow that is dumb. T14 and worse than conj and not pvpve.... wow... who thought of this dumb idea?
Well I dont think releasing mf early is a good idea, because it also means that the older content will expire too quickly...
BHS and their ideas... Not the first one and probably not the last. I guess it still provides a starting level pvp gear, but the order was wrong. If that part of the patch were added before CS and BG dailies, it would've made some sense. Like farm that set to conj later on. But now, yeah, it's useless.
And I think our pve content is mostly expired by now. MC was added forever ago, KN raid is a bit more new, but it's just a KN with adjusted stats for 10/20 people and KN was in game since western release. I checked some vids on twitch/youtube and new instances look really good and fresh. And they are not using a sci-fi theme as MC/AC do.
Whelp, I'm away from high speed internet for awhile but fk it, gotta download this patch, hopefully it doesn't take all day. Been getting kind of addicted to this game. Level 48 at the moment and it's tons of fun. I have a feeling once I get 60 though I might not be as addicted though, since the whole atmosphere of the game is really amazing. Just did the Temple of Dagon quest hub which was the underground temple with vines and shit everywhere...was amazing to run around in.
Although I think my RAM is starting to go faulty because sometimes TERA will close out with a "insufficient memory" error.
Well, launcher says it'll take ~1 hour. Not too bad...time to go out and do some stuff haha.

No it is a bug of the game. I get it often even though I oft3n have 1-2 gb of ram to spare.
I'm getting this error too sometimes, mostly when I try to change the character. It pops up right when game supposed to load the character selection screen. I have 16GB RAM on this PC and at least 4-5 are always free.
P.S. That alliance/federation thing looks even more worthless than I thought. No point to do, not fun and with option to camp a spawn point of the enemy faction.
Even 5% bonuses are trash if think about it. 5% stun resist should count from base stun resist, so if your stun resist is 50, it'll be 52.5% Won't help at all, especially in pvp with 100% stun rate on skills.
5% credits sucks too. Average no elite/boost creds per 5 normal dailies would be about 135-140. So 270-280 for 10 quests. That's 8.4k per month, so 5% will be whole 420 credits bonus a month or 1.8 of T14 hands/boots fodder. Yes, I just can't live without additional 500g a month. -.- That's not counting nexus/BG/CS dailies though, but even with those, it's hardly any bonus at all.

There are some interesting things.
The new gear set are easy to MW, so there is SOME point of getting them.
I could have gotten a VM chest a long time ago, and I could have waited until AVs become even more worthless with the 5-man training vault, but people were selling AVs like dirt so I decided to jump the gun. I am still really bad, but I am good enough to keep myself around 1200 on Champions' Skyring. It's only been a little more than a week so I got time and room for improvement.
No comment on my win rates. Most of my games were played while I was using +9 Fraywind.
I think I am kind of done on quills for my Mystic now (it'll just be a matter of time to get BR boots). I got 5 quills left; if I can farm some more monies I can deck my zerker or warrior with vm weapon/chest. Haven't decided on which one yet.
Wish it was easy to +12 too, then maybe I would bother with it on my alts, even though I don't pvp on them if not count CS daily sometimes, which is EQ anyway. Ruthless conjunct will be relatively easy to get... well, compared to ruthless VM at least, so in some time this alliance set will move from 3rd best pvp set to 5th out of 7 (if count victors as a 7th).
And gz on VM. >.< I thought about getting or even buying it when I'll be able to play more than few hours a week, but by time it will happen, I'll most likely wait for a new patch and then think.
Depends how fun new content will be I suppose. If it'll be good, then with 100% quill drop rate and dirty cheap AV (2k gold on korean servers now due to new boxes in those new instances) it should be easy and cheap enough. And also will provide an additional goal to grind those new instances for VMv2. If it won't be as good as I hope, then aphrodite set for pve and conjV2 for pvp will be enough.

I actually might get boots + chest for my priest and get them to +10~11 to do skyring with. It will probably be more fun that way....
Just stack tickets I guess. Drop rate is not that good, so you'll probably use all that you'll get during next 2 weeks in a few days max (assuming that you'll run a 5 man vault on multiple characters too). I'm not a member yet, not like I even tried though, just were doing solo vault and it's quest (100 points per quest, 10 per additional bam, so it's 1400+ points in 2 weeks just from those).
If/when I'll get my perfect jewelry (which probably won't happen anytime soon), I think I'll quit doing this thing all together. Vitriols and vm recipes will be dirty cheap to even bother. But for now, I'll have to tolerate "executor under attack" spam *sigh*. BHS strikes again. If I'm not inside of those pvp zones, I don't care whatever happens there be it either my alliance's attack or our executor being killed. But no, BHS thought that spamming notices every 5 secs is needed. -.-

Gather untill you won't be able to "level" your gathering with current tier mats anymore. Then only if you need those gathering buffs. When you'll reach zone with next tier mats, repeat etc. Max gathering is 300 and you'll get an inventory row when you reach 300 for all 3. Also at level 55 ( I believe), you'll be able to pick up quest in Kaiator where you'll need to deliver lots of mats to different npcs. So you may want to keep mats untill that (although you can always buy them on broker for very small price). That quest also gives an inventory row.
And if by proffesion you meant crafting, then don't bother with it at all untill you hit level 60. Then, you level 3 to 410. One that will allow you to craft weapon, 2nd for armor and alchemy. You can level them to 250 using ore (except leatherworking), then to 410 using crafting quests from quest boards. For leather armor you'll have to use quests all the way. Overall it'll be like 100g per proffesion to max out.

Seeing there is little point in getting conj now, you probably dont need to do any crafting until you are ready fo4r vm.

Np and yeah, it's very simple now. Last year at P2P start without crafting quests it was such a pain to level even 1 profession to 410. Runes were so expensive and farming those took so long time... Also I forgot, alchemy is maxed at level 350 atm.

Erm, why is there no point in getting conj? It's better than alliance stuff, cheaper, easier to get and will be upgradable to ruthless conj. New 60s will be doing nexus for some extra cash anyway, so agnitor equip will be free and easy to get. CS and daily quests there = free fw and in little to no time mats for conj.
Compared to 27 bams ( unless I got it wrong, but since prices for that mat are crazy, I'm probably right) for 1 gold mat for new alliance equip. So unless you know that you want and can skip conj and ruthless conj in favor of VMv2 (which will be pita to farm.. 160k cs credits... dot dot dot ), it will be an optimal way. Better than working on set, that is already outdated and will be even worse in 2 or so months.
Edit: Starting from tuesday EME will lower reqs to enter 5 man vault to cadet for this exarch season. Kinda nice of them. Also they confirmed fortress patch for september on their stream. So sell your regents while you can, they will be worth not more than abyss soon.

Well, I guess I am not getting any more items for any of my toons.... just gonna wait for MF.
dafk man. Just got 55, went to that Val Elenium or whatever. Jesus man the mobs get like 5x the health and do 2x the dmg. Please tell me it's not that bad all the way to 60 >.<
That Sky Gardens instance was pretty damn cool looking. Ending up doing that instance for the story quest and it was alright, not much trash at all in that instance. Yet we didn't get much good loot drops.
But solo grinding all these quests where it's kill 20 mobs and I can't round up 10+ at once anymore is quite boring with how slow it goes. Good thing for the CS Daily which gives me like 1/6 of a level every day, allows me to skip some of these quests. Although let me tell you want, being a Berserker in PvP really fucking blows. Having to charge up skills, having almost no mobility, and getting kited/slowed/cc'd to death is frustrating.
Anyway, so when I get 60, I'm thinking of creating an Alt that is better at PvP. Thoughts? Thinking Warrior because they are fast and have lots of dodges/stuns. Also thinking Sorceror just so I can sit back and AoE people. Then again, I'd love to have a priest just to have a nice healer. Slayer seems kind of cool as well, although I think I'd rather roll a warrior over a slayer.
Don't really care for Mystic or Archer. (Unless they are pretty awesome solo/pvp?) I know Mystic is supposively better than priests end game, but meh.

Yes Elenea is a pain. You should be skipping that area (grind dragoon until 58). It becomes easier after you hit 58.
What class are you exactly right now? Slayer PvP sucks, Priest >>>> Mystic right now in PvE and PvP, Archers are really good in PvP.
