it's a pretty obscure exploit though, you have to have one guy afk in base as you complete the quest in torment 6, while you turn in the quest, midway you exit the game.

Most of the time you are better off just crafting more than rerolling affixes like %fire damage, that can take awhile yes (since the affix pool is bigger, than if it was let's say, life on hit what you wanted to reroll on those bracers), but you would be saving on money, which right now is the biggest problem.

So after rerolling and making my barb a beast with fire spec shard of hate finally dropped for me. Too bad its not as good as it used to be

Here's the strategy in crafting bracers:
You want to craft something with the desired elemental dmg to begin with, that way it is really easy to re-roll for the CC because the ele dmg takes most of the options away from the re-roll.
I see a lot of ppl doing it the other way around (trying to roll ele dmg on a cc bracer), which will ultimately cost them a lot more souls.

I think there is no really fast method, since they nerfed the possibility to have a waypoint directly in front of him. Just rush to him (perhaps with a speedy Barb) und kill him on the highest difficulty where it's still safe and fast.

there's still a way to get multiple kills out of one run but i dont think it's unlimited.
i thought it was unlimited with this trick: 2 guys. 1st guy goes in and DIE. do not revive until 2nd guy leaves game (to keep the wp).
then 2nd guy switches to a different char, get in game. 1st guy revives at waypoint. they kill malthael.
but this trick apparently only works once, then soem sort of flag triggers and it doesn't work again.
however, if you have 2 dudes, one of you can just stand at checkpoint and the 2nd guy logs in all of his chars and get the checkpoint then log out to save the checkpoint. this way you can do a handful of kills out of one run.

Ok. What's the best way to farm gold right now?
Found a sick SoJ last night that I need to reroll for Crit and it takes a level 3 gem every time. Those puppies aren't cheap.

Equip gold find gear like kymbo's ammy, goldwrap and goldskin and quick clear low lvl rifts work pretty well too. I get quite a bit from split bounties on t1 as well.

I hate doing bounties to be able to open rifts. I freaking hate it. Paired with kadala´s inability to separate weapon by types, they are the things that annoys me the most of this game.

Join a rift it forward community and get other people to open your rifts for you.

rift it forward is one of those things that is so obviously exploitable by bad behavior with no way of stopping it. seems more trouble than it's worth.
chances are unless you are really lucky with the bounty bags you'll need to farm some bounties anyway. put in some work with split bounty runs and it's not that big of a deal. the best way to go would still be getting a group rift going.

Just looking for people to run bounties/rifts/whatever with.
