I think an ok rule of thumb is that if you're winning anyway, take the inhib and grind the game out, if you're trying to stage a comeback, give yourself a path to their nexus. | ||

here's how to fix. Make his ult hit all targets in the area on each tick. Remove the 3 hit/target cap on his ult Make Lightning Rush castable while disabled. Make Lightning Rush remove all negative debuffs when cast Make Lightning Rush make Kennen immune to slows for the duration Add a Healing component to Lightning rush that heals Kennen and all Allies he passes through for 80/130/180/230/280 + (1.5) Character is now perfectly balanced! | ||

EDIT: I mean, Kass just backs off after he Qs, you run into his creeps to get 1 auto-attack to trade with his big single target nuke and then eat creep agro as you back off.
