a few months ago I stopped playing SC2 cuz I thought it was contributing to some sort of carpal tunnel/RSI. and when combined with practicing piano it was really concerning feeling numbness/tingling in my hands and wrists since then I've stopped playing SC2 but kept practicing piano; but in the past few days I decided to play some ladder games because I figured it had been long enough and a couple hours wouldn't hurt unfortunately not, as of yesterday I've been dealing with joint stiffness + pain in fingers... I'm gonna give myself a bit of rest today/tomorrow and then try to record sorry guys T_T | ||
