마재윤에 의해 새로운 역사가 쓰여졌다. 최초 메이저 5회 연속 결승 진출. 최악의 상황에서 가장 까다로운 상대를 만났지만 그조차 마재윤에게는 벽이 되지 못했다. 도대체 누가 마재윤의 아성을 무너뜨릴 것인가.
sAviOr added a new page in history. The first to reach 5 consecutive finals of a major league. He faced the most tricky opponent in the worst situation but even he wasn't a wall for savior. Who will break down the walls of savior's fortress?
-5회 연속 진출 소감은.
▶이제껏 해 온 중 최악의 4강이었다. 맵도 힘들었고 일정도 너무나 힘들었다. 사실 5연속 진출이라는 기록에 기뻐하기에는 다른 생각을 할 겨를이 너무 없다. 오늘도 4강이고 내일도 4강이다.
-How do you feel being the first to reach 5 consecutive finals of a major league.
▶This was the worst semifinals I've had go to through. The maps were tough, and my schedule was very tiring as well. I don't even have time to be happy that I reached 5 consecutive finals because I am so busy and can't think about other things. Today was the semifinals and tomorrow is the semifinals too.

-맵이 많이 불리하다고 평가됐다.
▶특별히 불리하다고 생각한 맵에서 따로 준비한 것은 없었다. 연습한 것 중에서 현장에서 기분 내키는 대로 하겠다고 생각했다. 다른 맵들에 대해서는 준비한 빌드를 이야기하고 싶지 않다. 내일도 경기가 있기 때문이다.
-People were saying that the maps gave you a big disadvantage.
▶I didn't prepare anything special for the map that I thought would be especially disadvantageous. I decided I will do whatever I feel like doing on the spot among the plays I practiced. I don't want to talk about the builds that I prepared for other maps. Because I have games tomorrow as well.

-연습량이 부족했을 것 같다.
▶크게 연습이 부족하다거나 한 것은 아니다. 다만 연습 때 너무 많이 져서 그것이 심정적으로 힘들었다. 지금 너무 힘들다.
-It feels like you wouldn't have had enough practice.
▶I didn't have too much problems with having too little practice. I lost a lot while I was practicing so it was just mentally tough. I am really tired right now.

-내일 같은 팀 변형태와의 경기가 있다.
▶연습은 물론 어렵지만 딱히 다른 방법이 있는 것도 아니다. 지금 팀에서는 변형태 선수와 내가 두명의 팀원들과 짝지어 연습하고 있다.
-You have a match with Iris who is in the same team tomorrow.
▶Of course, practice is hard but there really aren't any special ways to practice. Within the team, Iris and I each have two teammates who practice with the two of us right now.

-MSL에 유난히 강하다.
▶딱히 MSL이라서 잘 하는 것은 아니다. 다른 리그에서도 충분히 잘 하고 있다고 생각한다.
-You are particularly strong in the MSL.
▶I'm not doing particularly well because it's MSL. I think I am doing well enough in the other league as well.

-양대리그 우승 후보로 꼽히고 있다.
▶둘 다 4강전에 올랐을 때 부터 욕심이 났다. 이전까지는 큰 욕심은 내지 않았는데 스타리그 4강을 확정지은 후 부터는 양대리그 우승을 거머쥐겠다는 마음이 생겼다. 내일 경기에서 승리한다면 두 리그를 모두 우승할 자신도 있다. 자세한 인터뷰는 내일 하고 싶다.
-You are a strong candidate to be the winner for both leagues.
▶I became greedy when I reached the semifinals in both leagues. I didn't become this greedy before but once I reached the semifinals in the OSL I started wanting to win both leagues. If I win tomorrow I'm confident that I can with both leagues. want to have a more specific interview tomorrow

-결승 상대가 김택용이다.
▶이번 시즌 맵은 저그로 프로토스를 상대하기 쉽지 않다. 그래서 이번 결승 만큼은 상성상 저그가 앞선다고 해서 쉬운 결승이 될 것이라고는 생각하지 않는다. 그러나 연습 때도 충분히 승률이 나오고 있고 승리할 자신은 있다.
-Your finals opponent is Bisu.
▶The maps this season makes it really hard for zerg to play against protoss. So I don't think this final is going to be easy even if people say that Z>P. But I am having good winning percentage in my practices so I am confident that I will win.
