lil_nooblet tbh I'm not really familiar with how it works when you leave the league.
I assumed it just "reset" the mmr hence with a few games played his ranking would just be Zest on fire for a 5-10 games streak which is good but not all too surprising imho.

It just deletes your ladder points and standing but your account keeps its MMR I believe. That's how these accounts with 10 games have 7k MMR. Zest certainly had multiple accounts close to 7k, so wouldn't be surprised if one or more of those was his.

Zest just won Kung Fu Cup, looked really good. Beat Patience, TIME, TRUE, Bunny, Cure, Elazer. Almost always looked in control and like the better player. Exciting times!

Is this real ? Zest is really good again in PvZ ? wow I didn"t thought I would witness that. Maybe one day I'll see again a strong TvP from INno and a strong ZvT from soO ^^

Zest looks like he's in good form but the online --> offline transition has been a real thing for Zest in the past so I will reserve judgement.

I've watched one of his stream recently (last saturday iirc) he was on fire on the ladder.
Cool some Zest's game, just finished spring term and all my roomies left so I can really use all these Zest's games comming this week end :p

Zest just lost to Trap 2-0 after beating SortOf 2-1. Waiting for the winner of Sortof vs Alive. Assuming it will be Alive who did not look good vs Trap.

Zest has only made a decent number of Stalkers in one map in game 1 vs Trap an all in that failed. He has yet to make a Colossus in 5 maps.

Would love to see a Stalker/Colossus build in the decider match.

Was a lot harder than expected. He looked better a couple days ago. Wonder how much his sickness came into play. He didn't even do the winner interview because of it.

Hard to tell how much sickness affected his play today, but I did like his PvZ overall. PvP wasn't that bad either, just pretty much a build order loss in g1 and then one supply block in g2 + Trap hitting just before Zest's upgrades finished. Just small mistakes costing him games, still solid overall. Glad he made it!

Yes not the best day, he looked especilly shaky in pvp.
Overall I think he looked quite good in pvz in every mid game scenario he just destroyed sortof.

I have to be a debbie downer here but i wasn't really all that impressed with Zest and i have a hard time seeing him as a top 10 player in the world for example. It was a very doable group (as most are in the ro32) so that's fine, but the true test comes in the ro16.

I agree with Red_Viper. His play has not been that impressive. Remember he barely made the cut for the final 32.

He certainly has the time to get in better shape especially if he can get past this virus he has. When he last won GSL in the past he was so unbeatable he hardly lost a map up until the 4-2 final vs TY.

I don''t understand the anti Stalker builds. Stalkers were the bread and butter unit back in HOTS and now when they are 30% more lethal nobody seems to base their army on them. Why? Archons and Immortals are not new to LOTV and were not changed with LOTV or the patch.

Adepts are just an early scouting unit these days.
