Again, pure conjecture, but just imagine what parents of young and upcoming SC2 players think about it, because I'm sure they have a strong voice in the decision. Many times the SC2 scene doesn't represent itself favorably against a quality university environment.

It could be a reflection of a shoddy industry where tournaments don't pay out and teams leave the players hanging.

I don't know, but its the story of the year in SC2 in my view.
