Maybe the stress also made it worst for him, but I think usually he plays better than what he did there. I hope he can make it far into code A and that he doesn't encounter too many infested terrans along the way (: oh comon, it's not that bad. at the top of my head, I can name you 4 protoss players with PvZ above 60%: Parting, Creator and HerO SKTT1 Rain has 78% ! PvZ wasn't the reason grubby lost...honestly.
Gotta agree he played pretty poorly all around, I am not gonna say nerves because he should not have any with his experience its probably just an off-day I wasn't expecting him to go through but he should be able to beat a player like bbyong first and maybe even losira when he has a good day

Drg outplayed him, He did some sort of weird stargate 3gate allin vs first who went 1gate expand Losira went 10 pool when grubby went ffe without scout and he took a bit too much damage because his pylon died at the wall. He got really unlucky vs bbyong in the beginning letting some marines in which were handled pretty well, then he lost 2 collosus later on which was some sort of micro mistake. I didnt see the last game so I cant comment Thanks for the recap. Unfortunate. Hope he'll do better in Code A. Anyone knows how long is he gonna stay in KR this time around?

Creator is at 55.93% in PvZ, by far his worst matchup. Parting's record is 53.19% in PvZ, by far his worst matchup too. Hero is at 59.42% in PvZ. And Rain is at 58.82% in PvZ, it's his worst matchup too. Don't know where you get your facts from ...
But I can name you endless Zergs who have a solid winratio over 65 % in ZvP ... get your facts straight next time !

Winrates from major tournaments from September to December actually shows a slight winrate lead for Protoss over Zerg:

Anyway, sad that Grubby was not able to advance, but he's still got Code A, right?

Does anyone has information how Grubby got seeded into the Ups&Downs? I cant find any Preliminaries or whatsoever. So I was wondering why it was Grubby and Huk.
Pity Grubby did not pass them but still gj with his ever increasing performance!

In December Grubby was posting his stream vods and now they are gone from his twitch video section. Is he going to start uploading them again?
