Anyway I guess nowadays he is just a casual streamer, whos former wc3 success still carries him. I am quite dissapointed though he didnt participate in Todds WC3 tournment which is really shame.

He probably couldnt cope with the lack of success he had in that game. Or maybe... maybe it is possible that he really dislikes the game and thinks it is gimmicky?! Oh no! I think this could be the reason why he said that!

I think this could be the reason why he said that! recently he said, that his playstyle does not rly fit sc2, since u have to focus mainly on different aspects aside from micro also he told that he was trying hard to be a better player, but unfortunatly he stacked before lotv release, it could've been way different and even thought he mentioned few similarities in both sc2 and war3, it is unlikely he gonna return to professionals cause he enjoys the way it happens with streams right now, partly hots, partly wa3 probably only if someone donates a decent amount of cash with sc2 request and some others supports such idea, he can pull a few sc2 streams

once he said "i realized i chose the elf of sc, and hated it" he has also said if he had chosen terran (which is actually more similar to orc -- mid-game dominance, micro based, similar build all day, no trickery required -- but no one realize(d) it) it would have been much better. edit: and he said he realized this too late to switch race since he invested so much time into learning P

I like to know on which resolution he is playing. ToD seems to have the same. Looks like they are playing on 1920 x 1080 and 16 ![]()

He trained his other races in WC3 to tournament caliber levels. I think Protoss was the right choice for him. It hurts me that when he looks back on his SC2 career, he sees himself as a kind of failure, when in reality he did much better than most of the foreigners. It's just that Korea in Starcraft is much stronger than Korea in other games, even though they still perform well in them. I wouldn't mind to see him do raider tactics with Marauders tho ![]()

If there's anything you want added, just shoot me a PM! In other news, Grubby qualified for WCS Challenger League after beating Jjakji! All he has to do is win 1 Bo5 series and he can compete in Premier League again! I'll be updating the OP again after the draw to feature that match-up. Grubby is also going to be casting at ASUS ROG Winter 2014, so that should be a lot of fun! He has also been constantly streaming, so make sure you check out his stream here. Thanks for supporting Grubby and here's to a good 2014 for the Grubster! Cheers! Love he still keeps it up. Have anybody followed the streams on twitch recently? I only could skip in like 1-2 times due my bad time management ^^
