Such a poorly excuse from you man. "what should I have done??" seriously??? no way you mean that, dude.

You know for someone claiming to know sarcasm, that wasn't a sarcastic comment from tyler. He meant it, but was also venting at the time.

I'm pretty sure most people realize at this point that detecting sarcasm in typed words is much harder than from spoken language...how can you think the opposite.

If you read that post with any objectivity you'd realize he wasn't being sarcastic in the least.

it's also important to empathize with eSports players instead of saying terrible things in an open forum to them. These people depend on emotional condition for league results. It's like screaming bad results and personal issues at baseball players in their dugout. I'm sure we all want to see the best Starcraft we can possibly get, and you're not going to get to that point by demoralizing progamers. if you don't want to see great Starcraft matches and are here to criticize players for entertainment that you don't get from watching Starcraft, then i suggest you re-evaluate why you became a part of this community because you aren't welcome.

Well Nony did have a rather public outburst. Its not like the criticism came out of nowhere. I think a lot of people were just genuinely taken back by it. Of course the usual vultures came to circle and such but I think the average fan / viewer was quite confused by the sudden call for a GSL boycott. All groups of humans are fickle bro..not just this community. Once you get passed a few people, reason gets pushed further and further away and is replaced by pack mentality. You can witness this in stream chats, sporting events, school assembleys, hell even congress. maybe one day we will evolve beyond it who knows.

I'd like to just echo the majority of this post's sentiments. Thanks for all you've done in the past Nony and we hope to see more in the future if you ever find sc2 enjoyable again, otherwise no one would blame you for not wanting to play. People need drama to cling to... specifically to keep things interesting when their personal lives provide none of that. Its a shame progamers cant post here anymore because every response they give is like pouring a thousand gallons of gasoline onto the nerd fire.... they see you respond to someone and then think they can get an argument going with you. Sad really.

I don't have any advice for Tyler, I just hope he gets the help he needs to get his life back on track. Happiness is a fleeting thing for most people, and when your own brain's chemistry is working against you, it becomes a whole different fight.

Since then, you have underperformed, but w/e i knew you were having issues, i still believed that when Nony got down to buisness he would come back and show everyone how Protoss was meant to be played! Much in the way i believed in Henry, when his decline started and when Nadal's decline started. Out of the 3 of you (you Henry and Nadal) only one has made me feel like a twat for ever thinking you were worth supporting. The nerv, that you will sit on Nazgul's team, sucking up a Salary, on team liquid, and proclaim that you arnt even TRYING to get better. I mean, lets be honest, there are players, who have fallen off, and dont have 1/100000000th of the support you got, but they still TRIED to get good again. I know you dont care about this post, but I to would like to be signed off from this fanclub.
