Rest is extremely important, and so is self-reflection. A lot of people talk about how Stephano "only" plays for four hours a day but they assume that he doesn't do a lot of thinking.

I hope IdrA does a lot of self-reflection and realizes that MC is still in his head and does not have to be. It really feels like he went into that game expecting to lose, got demoralized so hard, and just went through the motions from then on.
