I am really liking IdrA's chances with Stephano (if stephano makes it through) , I'm not happy with Idra V Sase,but i think he can take down July (the prob winner) and if STC loses to Bomber (which he will, cuz bomber is a god) then idra has a GOOD chance to take him out. I think IdrA still can make a BIG tourney run, his biggest obstacle? Beating Stephano/Sase, July zvz is shaky and Stc cant beat idra in a macro game. GOGO IDRA (as much as i am always encouraging IdrA, its kinda hard being his fan, with all the roller coaster results

He just got banned for a week, let's move on and look forward to tomorrow's games.
I'd love to see Stephano vs IdrA - I think IdrA has decent chances against him. ZvZ is definitely not Stephano's best matchup.

Actually, this is pretty true.

Stephano/SaSe, July and theSTC or Puma/Ret/Polt/MC/Inori.

That 2nd group looks a lot scarier, which Idra would've ended up with if he beat MKP and then lost to Huk.

The road to the finals will be extremely hard for IdrA, but I definitely think IdrA will advance at least two spots in the bracket. After that, every win will be a huge challenge and accomplishment. If IdrA wins two matches, I'd say his comeback isn't a fluke.

Marines shooting at stuff. Medivacs healing marines & scvs, and scvs repairing the medivacs (& scvs). Afaik the scvs get medivac priority - is that higher than marine priority?

C'mon people....you said the same when he lost to jinro in iem. Everyone was like: "omg no way he gonna come back, he will lose to puma, he doesn't have a chance, etc etc"

Think positive....he has as much chance as every1 else. i bet that the fans from the players he will face are all worried about they're favorite player facing idra...

Well you need to be somewhat realistic. IdrA is a boss, but he is still in the process of coming back, and he hasn't had time to practice between IEM China and MLG. Hopefully, after he recovers and goes to Korea, we can safely say that IdrA losing is the new blue moon.

Also if he wins 2 matches, he will enter the level of the bracket where everyone is equally skilled and it will come down to how good they are playing for that match.

True! But normally in other tourneys i would have just give up at this point, because when he loses is like a snowball effect.
But with the new gracken, i still have high hopes for this :D

Yeah, I definitely have higher hopes, but when you get in the realm of Code S, anything is possible.

You know what I want to see?

Medivac healing to be affected by Terran Air Weapons.

I mean, make Terran get gas for something other than Medivacs, Thors, and Siege Tanks. A zerg is going to spend more gas on Mutalisks than Terran will ever spend.

It's frustrating to see Terran so gas light and still being ahead, especially with MULEs.

You get some gas for upgrades and a small amount of gas units, and then get some of the most cost-efficient units in the game, and you can cut SCV's while still being ahead on mineral income.

Whereas Protoss and Zerg (oh yeah, this isn't Zerg biased), you have to spend so much gas on all your units and still be expected to be on similar upgrades (Protoss is actually balanced around having Shield and Armor upgrades together) and have a huge amount of supply in Drones/Probes just so you can keep up with a Terran's income.

I don't like that, I don't know how it got approved on paper, let alone getting past "in-house balance testing".
