Not that this is in unexpected, because the line between pop and hiphop is actually thin. Personally I love it, and I just wanted to give hiphop some credit. I was watching The Boys when I was noticing a lot of similarties (the long part at 3:40 "I wanna dance right now", the beat for the whole song, the lyrics, the dancing), though it's a phenoma I've been observing for a long time (i'm not a kpop fantic, but every hyuna PV I've seen qualfiies and also the wondergirls have a dedicated rapper girl). | ||

Pop has been electronic music with vocals for the last 40 years. The line has always been very thin like it or not. The thing about kpop though is that a lot of popular singles tend to be more on the hiphop side in the past 5 years or so (also in line when it started getting popular globally). This is something that I really enjoy personally. | ||

A disgrace to Kpop, where visuals are as important if not more important than actual musical talent? Are you sure you're in the right genre?
