Please use spoilers when quoting a post with pictures and/or videos.
When posting large quantities of media (pictures or videos), please begin spoilering after the first piece. Grouping related videos in the same spoilers & labeling is recommended.
No reposting of old material unless justified
Posting any material with little or no relevent discussion accompanying it
No passion-induced flaming of each other because 'x said y sucked' etc.
Keep the expression hate of music individuals/groups to a minimal level
No 'pagetopping' in any form whatsoever, as it constitutes spam equal to posts similar to 'first'.

Normal posting standards that you find throughout the rest of the site still apply and will be enforced more strictly from here forward (2012/03/11)
Due to the poor nature of this thread in the past, temporary two-day bans will occur more than often if people slip up.

I got plenty of exposure to new stuff watching the BW/Kpop stream earlier tonight. What's the big news around here lately? Everybody still jumping around about SNSD? I am a fan but even I have a hard time watching the Letterman / Regis and Kelly performances and the accompanying stalker footage (I do have the Late Night recorded for viewing at some point though)
apparently katamari has caught a most sinister conspiracy engineered by Jesus's angels to dominate all of kpop. stay tuned for the latest developments in that story and everyone's extremely interesting dream blog posts!

Unichan thanks for quoting him. I totally missed his post. Thanks for posting this klogg.
I must watch all them Tiffany MC cuts and all the SNSD! And all the other groups I like but not enough to list! YAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY!
Same, I missed it. Also it's got 2009 performances being uploaded now.
Sad to say my interest in Kpop dying is slowly dying, I don't know why! Maybe it's because of the chore of checking this thread heh, I haven't posted or looked for like 150pages or something. Last release I cared about was probably T-ara Funky Town Album. Has there been any good releases from girl groups/solos since? Would appreciate it a lot if someone could fill me in
Meh let's be realistic here. I'm a big Soshi fan, but New York has a huge Asian population, so obviously there's going to be a huge turnout. When that happens in Oklahoma or Nebraska, let me know.
So impressive that korea's most popular girl group manages to get 1300 americans that are already fans to an autograph signing because it's a once in a lifetime opportunity. I would guess none of the people showing up became fans of them because of their US promotions but rather from their korean or japanese stuff.
Hm pretty short post so I'll add a short story that made me laugh last night. I go to make some food, walk back to my room with Ramyuns (obv) and walk in front of the living's room TV. Hear about 200+ dead in Syria in the last few hours. Meh, standard. Get into my room, what do I see on my monitor, NICOLE TWEETED USING THE ''TTT T_T" SIGN!!! What happened?! Is everything okay, what does this mean ? Must investigate!
Wow didn't have to jump in with the reality check here...as people have said SNSD being a special visit means everything they do would have a decent turnout cause fans are crazy.

Um, would any artist/group get a big turnout in nebraksa???

No...thats kind of his point i think.
Get an American top40 artist and a venue where they could play and the turnout would be decent...the point being that New York has 1. A lot of Asians and 2. SNSD's trip is a one time thing, so Sones really want to go
means that the "amazing" 1000 person turnout isn't really that special. Plus think if any artist here did a public signing you'd get a ton more than 1000 people anyway...so yeah this isn't that special.
