Just for you bro, I make my own tier list. Due to popular demand, I have decided to compile a running tier list so that I can prove to haters that I'm not really a hater. PS: If I missed any relevant groups, please tell me so I can add them to the bottom next time.

This list will compile all the relevant girl groups (because I don't give a fuck about gay guy groups) into tiers that I will later explain in this post. This takes into account recent performance and releases, as well as activity and popularity, mixed with a huge dosage of hatred and bias towards certain groups. This isn't about who the fuck you like, it's about who I think has decent songs, look decent, and have actually done something worthwhile as of late. This will revolve around whether or not I think a song is decent, as well as whether or not I think the members in each group look like hideous trolls.

My advice to you people reading this list is to realize that this will conflict with a majority of your tier lists out there because I'm not a SNSD loving dumbass. Thus don't rage at me. Rage at yourselves. Just remember, this is just an opinion. Take it with a grain of salt and don't rage at me because you disagree.

* Tier 1: Secret, T-ara, After School, Miss A, Sistar
* Tier 2: Rainbow, 4Minute, F(x), Kara, 2NE1
* Tier 3: SNSD, Wonder Girls, Girls Day, BEG, 5 Dolls
* Tier 4: Jewelry, A Pink, Rania, Dal Shabet

Tier 1: These groups are at the top because they've been around as of late and have produced some decent songs while looking alright.
Tier 2: These groups are like Tier 1 groups, but are missing an aspect, whether it's been a lack of decent songs, or a lack of good visuals while on stage.
Tier 3: These groups have either been inactive or just have been flat out disappointing as of late.
Tier 4: These groups fucking suck.

Changes/Notables:
Secret - Tops Tier 1 because of stunning visuals as well as I guess some decent songs as of late. Haven't been exactly wowing, but very consistent, and hasn't really trolled me for a while.

T-ara - Takes a back seat to Secret because of fucking trolls such as the 2 foot garden gnome and the ugly ass twin sister who can't fucking rap to save her life. Last concept of Roly Poly was pretty decent, and aside from some bad sweatpants on stage, the visuals were pretty good too.

Sistar - Rounds out Tier 1 because of great songs, and absolutely amazing visuals if you look below the fucking neck. If the group didn't rely on one person as much as they did, Sistar would probably get a bump up, but dem butterfaces man.

Kara - For some, this might come as a shock, but their recent songs have been very lackluster, and their short promo cycles and inactivity in the Korean market bump them below other groups in the same situation.

2NE1 - Rounds out Tier 2 due to having some decent songs, but having a complete troll group. Their idea and concepts are different, which is why I give bonus points keeping them out of Tier 3.

SNSD - Makes Tier 3 because their songs are fucking awful. Haven't churned out a good song in over a year, and their concepts and visuals get worse and worse with each promo cycle. Jump ship IMO.

BEG - Having a decent promotion cycle as I type this, which should vault them a few slots in the next edition (if I ever make one of these again), but still at the end of the day, their average age is like 90 and they're old as fuck and one of them looks like a vampire.

Dal Shabet - Absolutely the worst group in all of KPop right now. Hands down will be at the bottom of every tier list until I find someone else to rag on about.

Are you kidding me? Fucking After School is completely fucking composed of race car models with some fucking gorgeous legs. Lots of activity from them (subgroups), and some decent concepts and fucking amazing visuals (minus Michael Jackson's nose) definitely merit them a slot up there.

Girl's Day on the other hand has like the same fucking cutesy bullshit concepts and are fucking meh. There's a troll that can't open her eyes on stage and it really fucking pisses me off looking at her.

I actually really enjoyed the "don't let your eyes wander" song before they took off for Japan but yes all their songs follow the same generic formula for a bit now.
