![]() I just finished Coco's route + Show Spoiler [Ever17] + HOLY FUCKING SHIT! Before I played through the route, I tried connecting all the routes together and I just couldn't come up with anything. The best I could come up with is they are stuck in some kind of timeloop, but even that didn't make sense since that doesn't explain how You had different names in Kid and Takeshi's route "AKI" and "SORA" and how come Coco is on Takeshi's route but not on KID's route and sara is on Kid's route but not on Takeshi's route, and a bunch of other things. When Sora started talking about how we can only see in n-1 dimensions again in Coco's route, I finally got what's going on. It is fucking amazing how easy it is to miss things when you are seeing things from a very limited perspective. It is quite nice how they connected everything so nicely. When I was done with Coco's route, I was just like "Holy shit, everything makes sense now!" Like how Sara's pendant looked like Takeshi, and what the fight between Sara and Tsugumi was. There are still a couple of things that I am still confused about. There is 2 routes for Takeshi, and 2 routes for KID, so with a linear timeline that is not exactly possible, so does that mean that those things happened in different multiverses? And how can Takeshi suddenly live when he hears Blick Winkel and Hokuto? :X And why did Kaburaki Ryoga lose his memory? Now then time to get all the bad endings.

Now then time to get all the bad endings. + Show Spoiler + They're not quite stuck in a timeloop of Higurashi-scale; the alternate scenarios are more like parallel dimensions that brush shoulders with each other due to BW's presence. That's where the feeling of deja-vu comes from, I assume. Did you not pay enough attention to the story or something? The reason why there are characters on certain routes and not on others is because the stories take place on two different timelines: 17 years apart. The You on Takeshi's route is the mother of the You on the Kid's route. Coco only appears as a ghostly projection because her psychic powers are enabling her to reach out to BW while she is trapped in the facility from 17 years prior. These are all pretty crucial plot points, by the way, lol. And Takeshi reviving? Chalk that one up to the power of determination, as ass-pull-ish as that may sound. In this case, it works.

I have a tendency to just pick the OP that I last heard from an Anime (which at this point, will be from xxxHolic). I'll pass on this one. ><

Although come to think of it, pretty much every single track from the OST was good too.
