The confusing part was that there were 17 beasts so what does that mean? 17 different types of beasts? Were they all made to fight the Gods or something, aka the biological weapon that was discussed and somehow escaped and ran rampant? Lots of details that I hope they fill us in on. yes, the Ithea revelation was quite big and I'm glad it happened and they managed it well too. Would've liked to know more details about who she is now but alas, not much time in the episode I guess. I've read 5, 6 and 7 so far. Great reads overall: 5 is essentially everything + Show Spoiler + after Bell defeats the minotaur and levels up. Basically, the whole pass by and goliath fight. Anime was pretty faithful overall to the LNs. 6 is + Show Spoiler + about Apollo Familia. Man, would've loved to see the whole chase through the streets, all against Bell and Hestia and then the castle fight. The plans they implemented was pretty great. Also, the whole save Lilly from Soma familia and then everyone including Mikoto joining the familia! Of course, the must have scene is the awkward Bell and Aiz dance at Apollo's banquet lol. I would've loved to see this! 7 was a crazy one too. + Show Spoiler + The chase in the streets of the Pleasure district against the Berbera or the fight in the courtyard between Mikoto and them or Bell and whoever remained to save Haruhime. Also, Freya familia striking right then and there with the only level 7 adventurer. That took me by surprise. I knew Freya familia was strong but a level 7 adventurer and was it 5? level 6 adventurer. They far surpass Loki familia imo. Bell and Mikoto managing to save Haruhime and Mikoto sacrificing herself with that Ignus on purpose, brilliant. Really hoping we get another season of DanMachi. The LNs so far don't disappoint and lots of good actioned pack stuff in there. | ||

Obv you can't judge elves based on the one...(who is the other?) I mean Danmachi has like 3 good elves in it by itself that makes up for worst elf. | ||

TV anime adaptation by Kyoto Animation to start airing in January 2018. The world premiere of the first episode will be at Anime Expo on July 2. Im actually really happy it's being made for so long. Gives me hope that it will be gorgeous all throughout. | ||

It has it's cute and funny moments. As that it just wasn't as good as any of the single episodes from s1 outside of maybe the Nenechi focused ones. Nontheless what a godly series and am I glad that s2 is comming soon. | ||
