Anways, glorious episode. Not a lot of Katou-god but quite a cute episode. Speaking of Katou-god, that + Show Spoiler + "could you read this line out loud for me"  Oh this popped up in my youtube recommendations and checked it out since we had this discussion a while ago: might be an interesting watch for those who want to know how the GitS movie was perceived over there. It's just the guy reading (and translating) a couple of opinions from yahoo's movie section. Mostly stuff that's just 1 or 2 sentences. | ||

I remember laughing a lot at dicks girl when i read it but the episode was just as good. Riajuu is op. Yamada Elf is pretty annoying though i think. at least compared to everyone else. | ||

GitS whitewashing thing was so stupid. That was never a real issue with the movie and just subtracted from the actual issues. Which are the complete dumbing down of the sci-fi material. | ||

Very cool episode. We got a lot of info here, even though it makes no sense that they sealed the magic and lost the words. I always cringe if authors do something like that. Like, don't they ask themselves why someone would seal something that important? Please provide at least some basic answer. -.- Anyways, we got lots of juicy Trigger animation so I didn't care all that much. And yeah, the earth creation scene was gorgeously animated. I also have a soft spot for big creatures being 2D animated because most studios these days use horrible cgi for big things like mecha, dragons, monsters etc. Having giant statues and ghosts in 2D is really refreshing.  | ||
