It's normal for some girls breasts to develop ahead of their bodies so they land up with overly large chests. Some of them even get breast reductions done because it can cause back issues. I remember reading some young tennis player got a reduction then coincidentally became a lot better at tennis :D

I think it's because of the lack of (interesting) plot? Also, there's not much character development so far, which makes me feel a bit uninterested in the characters.

Sorry, I can't really answer this accurately. You'll have to ask someone who actually knows how to write/speak Japanese, but if I recall correctly, though, believe there is a single character for "sakura."
Just grabbing from the wiki, the characters that spell out Matou Sakura is: 間桐 桜
The Japanese writing system is broken into...I think it's Hiragana, Katakana, and Kanji. From my understanding Kanji basically compiled of Chinese characters but can be confusing because many of them have completely different meanings. The other two are Japanese in origin (I think?).

Sakura is one character though: 桜
Moto Sakura = 間桐桜
Kanji in Japanese are not phonetic like they are in Chinese, which is why you see a lot of Kanji with Kana notation to clarify the pronunciation.
小鳥遊 literally means "birds playing" but actually pronounced Takanashi, which means "No (nashi) eagle (taka)", Japanese Kanji is filled with weird bullshit like that

Haha I just though the artwork for the novel would at least be the same as what the novel describes. Foolish me :<. 3B has been translated but no pdf, don't know if I should just try my hand at making a pdf.
