by acting as an intermediary; or
by furnishing or creating an opportunity,
shall be punished with imprisonment for not more than three years or a fine. [...]"

§ 182: "(2) A person over twenty-one years of age who abuses a person under sixteen years of age, in that he: 1. commits sexual acts on the person or allows them to be committed on himself by the person; or 2. induces the person to commit sexual acts on a third person or to allow them to be committed on the person by a third person, and thereby exploits the victim's lack of capacity for sexual self-determination, shall be punished with imprisonment for not more than three years or a fine. [...] The act shall only be prosecuted upon complaint, unless the prosecuting authority considers ex officio that it is required to enter the case because of the special public interest therein. [...] The court may dispense with punishment pursuant to these provisions if, in consideration of the conduct of the person against whom the act was directed, the wrongfulness of the act is slight."

Why did suddenly Su woon and the firetribe general's son suddenly became sympathetic towards yona ? Su woon tried to kill her episode 1 pretty damn sure if Hak didn't arrive to save the day and firetribe generals son also didn't particularly care about her either.

so if all the incident didn't happen Su Woon would probably get married to Yona later ? either way he could have same damn results ..

The fire tribe guy wants to marry Yona. Su Woon cares about Yona, but cares about being king more. You'll learn a bit more about the type of character he is in later episodes.

I thought when the fireguy flirting with Yona before was just because he wants the crown or either she just wanted Yona's body not her.

Su Woon DOES care about Yona and Hak a lot. He is not your typical usurper. As the manga progresses you see more of how the country did under her father and more of how he operates as a ruler and its definitely not old king = good new guy = bastard. He isn't 100% villain and liking Yona and Hak is a separate issue from him wanting to kill the King and rule (especially if what he said is true that the former King killed his father). You could say that other then his assassination on the King he has been a pretty good guy. Poor Hak is just because it wouldn't be too surprising if Yona reconciles with Su Woon by the end based on how the manga has been going, though that is still unlikely.
