Story is set in 18-19th century France and narrates the events leading to the French Revolution but from the perspective of the executioner. I am unsure of its historical accuracy, but I thought it offered an interesting portrait of an aspect of the society. | ||

+ Show Spoiler + I think it's the weakest episode until now if you look at the context. The lovey-dovey episode might be as weak but the timing of it was really good. This episode showed some interesting character development that could happen during such situations but that's about it. The characters themselves are annoying, Ginti is ok'ish and fan service... -.-' I have to say I really like the previews for this show. Just showing some cuts without context and voices is a nice teaser without spoiling. //Also watched Shigatsu ep17 + Show Spoiler + This episode was really good, lots of nice scenes and feel moments. And Kousei is really stepping it up with helping Nagi. I like it and I'm looking forward to their performance together next week. | ||

This episode just showed that your legit life partner doesn't need to be from the opposite sex or to have a romantic attachment or even to be blood related. A little kindness for each other can provide that too. The priest caretaker is probably one of the most feminine-like male character i've encountered for animu.
