IIRC it doesn't include the best 2 episodes of it, though. Rebuild 2 finally starts going off into original territory, and is solid watch. Some really good scenes in that movie. Rebuild 3.... Not even Evangelion fans like Rebuild 3. | ||

+ Show Spoiler + Oh man I really enjoyed that episode. :D Kuma beating that stupid girl, hehe. I think after getting used to the new trigger and beating her once he'll beat her much more easily. It's not a black trigger so he's not uber strong anymore. MC continues to be the only one not capable of anything. Let's see if he makes it to A-Rank early enough. | ||

Also this is just my speculation based on what saber said in the teaser and the Rin/Archer conversation this episode but I guess + Show Spoiler + Archer is this War's incarnation of Lancelot then | ||

+ Show Spoiler + I think both major arc are fine. Some good things (mostly fighting and some conversations), some bad things, some unnecessary things. I was really weirded out by how Kyouji developed from being a shy, helpful and caring person into a perveted, brainsick jerk over the course of just three episodes. The weirdest thing about it was that apparently he was like that before but he never acted a single bit like it. It made no sense at all and I was really questioning if it was just for the sake of having a perverted, brainsick jerk in every SAO season. We will see when the next get animated or so. In general I think it would have been good for the anime to develop a side romance next to Kirito x Asuna instead of adding Sinon to Kirito's harem... In the second arc they did a better job with the characters and story imho. I was always a bit bitter when they turned Asuna from being a strong character in Aincrad into a meaningless wife in the backround, so I was glad they finally added some backstory to her as well as having her back in a leading role. It's a bit too late imho but better than nothing. The story of the side characters seemed believeable and somewhat touching and I liked Yuuki/the whole guild. I think the spontaneous log out was the only think that didn't make much sense but it was handled well in the end. Overall I enjoyed it but it wasn't nearly as compelling as the Aincrad arc. Usual weaknesses in both character writing and plot as well as unnecessary harem elements, fanservice and some stupid acting could have been avoided but didn't expect anything else. 6/10 in the end for me (I doubt the last episode will change that). Well, that A ranker did say that they are abnormal. Osamu didn't give up and went back for me even though he could barely catch his breath so he gets lots of points in my book. | ||

I doubt he'll be on Yuma's level but I'm hoping that he'll at least be able to hold his own, an actual A member level and not an A rank while he's still B or almost C rank lol. I have a feeling that they'll have him power up after all the training he does so I'm excited to see what they have in store  I ended up deciding to watch it last night despite the insane amount of episodes. It gives off the Naruto vibe like during the chunnin exam and I do like it so far. Also, Sasuke seems to be a combination of kurapika and killua to me lol. | ||

Did they change up the story a little? Seems like it was slightly different than in the VN. But yea Sent I was hoping they would have went that far too. I hoped they would at least get to where + Show Spoiler + Rin becomes Sabers master. To sum up season 1. Saber and Rin are awesome and cute, Shirou is a huge dink, Archer is being archer. Good overall but season 2 will be so awesome! | ||
