death flags all over the place. wow. Maybe it's a bait and switch since it was extremely blatant (like they showed a symbol on the screen for you blatant). hmm, still haven't watch bahamut (or anything else really) yet. hope ep 4 is worth the hype. | ||

6/10 First two stories are kind of just a waste of time. I think they both had redeeming qualities but all in all they were pretty unimpressive. The last story, Bake Neko is quite good. Would probably be worth your time for Halloween to just watch the last three episodes of Ayakashi. Anyway, now that I've struggled enough with that, time to go watch Mononoke. | ||

+ Show Spoiler + I agree, that was beautiful. I agree pretty much with all of what Unleashing said. First episode I really like Kaori in. I also feel that the anime would be strictly better without the weird and forced comedy scenes. Gladly, in this episode they were all in the beginning. I also hope they don't go the tragedy way. While I can certainly see that happen I don't want to. This anime is way to beautiful to turn out to be a tragedy. : / | ||

There's a reason that Toradora is usually recommended and is quite often used as a benchmark. It's because it gets it right! The show manages to combine comedy and romance in a way that has been unreplicable by other anime to date. It's art quality, sound and animation are superb leaving you with an unforgettable experience! So, does this mean that other anime are bad? no, not necessary. It just means that Toradora is that good!!!!! Think of it like Starcraft: Toradora is the Flash of BW. Lots of builds, solid mechanics and amazing decision making skills that propel it to the top of the pack. Other anime are like the random A and B teamers. They have some skills but need a lot of work to even come close. You may get the S-class player here and there that seem to compete only to fall by the wayside as things heat up. Toradora is comedy! Toradora is romance! Toradora is love! <3 ps if you hate love, you hate Toradora by definition! For shame! :O | ||
