And I didn't say judge the character by their seiyuu, rather I said that her seiyuu is a trait that helps make up the character, and is a good trait at that. Saying she has no good traits is even more insane than people saying Relena is the worst anime character ever.

imo these are the best comedies I've seen that have great comedic timing & atmosphere. Pretty much love almost all of the characters in these series.
Liked - tbh most things under Liked I'd recommend as well.
Hayate S1/S2 - Harem so not really recommending it but tbh the harem aspect isn't really why you watch it. It's just silly, ridiculous, light hearted and funny. Tbh it's up in the top 3-5 comedies for me.
Hataraku maou-sama! - Heaven is a six-tatami, one-room, second-floor apartment on Earth.
Noragami - Very rushed & has an annoying kid in it, but was still a fun watch over all. I just really like Yato & the pink haired gods VA's.
Nozaki - Overall it's solid.
Hit or miss
Barakamon - Can be funny, can be boring, think it's over rated as a comedy tbh but it's not bad.
Nichijou - I find myself bored watching it, at times it's a little too random / imo lacks proper comedic timing but it has its own charm to it. Some of the ideas behind the jokes themselves & how they are portrayed are fucking hilarious. Have only watched 4-5 eps because as I said despite appreciating it, I find it boring to watch.
Seto no Hanayome - everything is really over emphasized to the point where all the characters / situations are outrageous & they all act outrageously.. not even sure I liked it but the ideas behind the jokes are often hilarious. But still, the characters all have the same over reaction of yelling at each other way too often.
Was in the same mood you are looking for comedies & am currently watching Binbougami ga! Started out semi-strong but seems to be going for a weak drama route. (7 eps in)

Dam that's pretty bleak. Really really enjoyed the anime. Had a nice relaxed atmosphere with interesting stories and a cool MC.

Ah, missed this post. How exactly does one watch Gundam Wing several times, and still not have enough knowledge about it to carry out basic conversation on it, to the point where you don't remember what the main robot is called, and you mistake the anime for Gundam 0079?
