Sakurasou is one of those animes where you just turn off your brain and enjoy it. It's not meant to be taken seriously (some important serious moments but most of the time). The story isn't too bad though it does have some weak points. From what I recall, the ecchi scenes will get a lot less as you progress in the story but I could be wrong. I would give it a couple more episodes because things get a bit more interesting

Maybe I am mixing up LN developments with anime ones but I am pretty sure the anime at least confirms all the couples the LN ships.

They are both fantasy harem. Rokujouma source is of higher quality.

Rokujouma is about people being cute with random battles. Seireitsukai is about a former trap getting a harem.
If only Hayamin voiced Harumi instead of Ruth then I'd hype Rokujouma more ;;
