Speaking of which, I wonder if they're actually gonna animate more of Hajime no Ippo. It's like, they already animated the best parts... there might not be a need. Maybe some OVAs of a few crucial fights leading up to the eventual ending? Skip past all the other stuff. shrug. As for Chihayafuru, definitely not an anime I'd recommend to someone who's only watching sports anime because of baseball. I rabu Shinobu and Kana-chan though. | ||

I like the concept that NGNL is going after so naturally, I'm compelled to keep on watching it to see what happens next. I guess it's an exception like a couple of other animes in the past and not the rule. In general, I would prefer animes that I watch that happen to be ecchi (don't use check MAL tags or anything like that) tone it down to a reasonable level. | ||
