I don't recall them ever mentioning that only she could have pulled off that wish though I would need to look at that episode again to verify.
The only other thing that comes to mind is how her karmaic destiny is intertwined or something like that due to the many times that Homura went back in time to change the timeline which in turn added to Madoka's burden but also increased her potential. Is this what you were referring to? The point I was making was that the cat said they can make any wish they wanted. The others were fixated on other things (life/death situation, boy that she loved etc...) and didn't realize the true nature of magical girls. Had they done so, I don't see what was limiting them from making the same wish as Madoka. The only one who knew about the nature of magical girls was Homura but she already made her wish after the first time Madoka died.

It has very little to do with potential since Madoka's potential was shit too. It had everything to do with yandere stalker love though.
Actually now that I think about it, that has let Homura break everything since tv series with love, didn't even have to wait till movie.

Nyarko-san season 2 is shaping up nicely so far 5 episodes in. It does have its own charm to it. Kuuko and Nyarko are fun to watch.

I couldn't take anymore halfway through the second season. I knew what I was watching, but by then it started to wear on me. I still found some of it funny, but it become more annoying than enjoyable half way through.

Here's to hoping that it's a long battle episode and they all survive in the end! Also, would've been nice if we got more information about the new group asides from what we got.

Picked up Kyokai Senjou Horizon when you guys mentioned it a while back. Something to watch inbetween other shows.
Gotta say its pretty entertaining overall. Although I don't understand some of the plot they described, the story I did get is interesting. There are too many characters to keep track of. It's going towards Tower of God and Code Geass level of characters.
I have only watched the first few episodes but when you hear about the MC's back story that's what got me interested in watching more. If you can get past all the ecchi stuff it looks like it'll be a great show. Jun Fukuyama does an exceptional job as the VA plus the MC's grin is so funny to look at.
Edit: Forgot to mention the music is pretty dope too.

What I meant is that while a lot of people might enjoy a certain show, it doesn't necessarily make it a good show. Take Hollywood films for example, most of them are trash but still very much enjoyable. They aren't good films but enjoyable ones. The same can be said about anime. While I enjoyed Kill la Kill a lot, still my favourite anime of this year, it wasn't particularly good.
