+ Show Spoiler [Hayate no Gotoku 452] +OH MY GOD CHIHARU <3
Also she's learning from Aika. And wtf is Kayura with CDs.
ALSO CLIFFHANGER. Probably Hayate returning with the box of curry or Athena in normal mode. Or Hayate's Brother.

D-Frag! was chalk full of stupid fun... but it also wasn't exactly what I would call good per se so keep that in mind. All the MC yelling. :/ Sadly that's all I have in regards to that type that isn't just boatloads of terrible.
Is it just me or has Nanana gotten really stale? The first few episodes were a lot of fun and quite good but recently I'm just kinda bored with it. edit: though I have yet to watch ep8, still trying to catch up on everything after my almost two week break.

Too much (bad) drama, not enough treasure adventuring. Unfortunately it looks like they're only going to keep ramping the drama up with the new antagonist guy.

I think I'm mostly disappointed that only Homura remembers her though. Would've liked it had Sayaka, Kyoko and Mami remembered her seeing as they are all magical girls. I think the only part that could use some work is the wish part. I mean, they can be granted any wish? That seems a bit much seeing as you can wish for anything but I guess they had to make some incentive for them to become magical girls. Also, Sayaka still dying in the final timeline after Madoka makes her wish seemed really out of the ordinary to me but I guess she doesn't regret the wish so she doesn't regret dying either it seems. Is it a good idea to watch the third movie? Seems like it's post though apparently, there is no plot to it. Do watch the third movie. I want to know your reaction.

Is it a good idea to watch the third movie? Seems like it's post though apparently, there is no plot to it. + Show Spoiler +homura remembering madoka has very little to do with homura being a magical girl so it doesn't really make sense for the other girls to remember madoka. But I guess the little brother remembering Madoka doesn't make sense either and that's just there for sentimental reasons. The girls remembering would have lessened the whole point though, at least in my opinion. The other girls dying though was prevented as red girl obviously only died because of Sayaka turning into a witch, which didn't happen in the end.
Also Sayaka dying has not a lot to do with anything. Madoka's wish was that the girls would not be made into witches. All those girls that you see when Madoka "transforms" in past and future don't magically live on forever. They still die, they just don't turn into witches. And Sayaka's problem was something that wasn't changed by madokas wish at all, it's just that her turning into a witch was prevented.
That being said. It's a Drama and not a happy go lucky show like it was advertized early on so obviously it's going to be sad and ending it on a happy end would have made the whole thing laughable and the story would have become irrelevant due to some bullshit just to make people smile. That's the "shock" factor peopel were talking about despite everyone repeatedly stating that there's no shack factor to Madoka and that it's more of a "I didn't except it to turn THAT grim" + Show Spoiler +well, ya, you're right. I'm just saying I kinda wish she was remembered more is all. I can understand why she was only remembered by Homura. For her brother though, she was appearing to him as an "imaginary friend" according to her mom so it wouldn't be surprising that he knows her. Makes the anime that much sadder ya, true true. well, yes, that's also true. I know that Sayaka dying doesn't have to do anything with Madoka's wish. I just find it ironic that she still went all out and ended up dying (the first in this timeline) after having her wish granted. It's like, did she still suffer a similar effect and went into despair then eventually went all out and died (like previously but didn't become a witch or was it a normal death after going all out but she still retained her sanity?). Take a look at it this way: Kyoko was surprised that she was gone like that. There were four of them fighting against that witch (whoever it was). I'm almost sure that she didn't need to go that far but still did. Just feels reckless I guess. Still, at least she got to talk with Madoka, saw the one she loved play the violin again and doesn't regret her actions. well, yes, that's also true lol (notice the trend ). I just didn't think they'll go as far as killing almost everyone off then kinda bringing them back but making the main character omnipotent with only her best friend and her little brother ever remembering her. Well, definitely a shock factor considering what the anime seemed it would be about. I figured it was just some girls getting powers and fighting evil or something. I guess Sailor moon style or something (obviously different but some similarities too). Still, I'm glad I watched it but I'm a sucker for happy endings and Madoka didn't deliver that lol.

In Sayaka's case, it was because she was in love with someone so it clouded her judgement. On top of that, most of them didn't know about magical girls turning into witches either so at least when it was Madoka's turn, she knew that and worked to fix it

Goody: Haiyore! Nyaruko-san is fine in small doses but its so silly and exaggerated (because its a parody) that I am watching it slowly. It has some funny moments though and it references a lot of anime.
BigFan: Madoka:
+ Show Spoiler +If you read my comments on the series when I watched it I questioned some of the characters (and the universes) logic. The whole wish system seemed broken and wasn't exploited at all by Madoka. She could have made so many different types of wishes to have an actual happy ending. Not this bullshit that magical girls still die when they accumulate enough corruption. Oh so they avoid becoming witches? Oh my isn't someone ambitious. She was basically God and those cat asshole things said "any" wish. I also questioned why such an advanced race that can grant any fucking wish can't manage to find an alternate means to harvest energy without doing what they were doing.

If the only thing they added was fan service then I don't really care. Fan service doesn't do anything in how I enjoy a series. I'm completely apathetic to it so as long as the dialogue remains similarly great then I'm fine with this fan service in nise thing.
To me, its about balance. If you have too much fan service that your story suffers like high school of the dead, well..... If you have an okay amount while making it up with a good story, then I can go past it not caring.

One of the most predictable shows ever that, getting harder to watch each week. Which is a shame, because the first two episodes were pretty enjoyable.

One Week Friends: + Show Spoiler +well, I guess it was expected that something would happen. Wonder what promise he was talking about though. Also, why did she lose her memories of him rather than remembering some past memories aside from the guy's name? Seems a bit odd to me. Maybe she partially remembers them but hasn't disclosed it yet. Either way, next episode is going to be one crazy roller coaster one. If she remembers the other people in the class, I think it would confirm that she forgets names of those who she loves which is what I think this guy was, an old lover and something happened between them way back.

Madoka was the only one who could have pulled off that wish. Just rewatch the first 2 minutes of episode 11.
As for her wish, while her potential is immense I don't think it is infinite (addressing your "become an omnipotent being" wish). Most of the other wishes people tend to throw out there don't actually accomplish what Madoka meant to accomplish or have major issues.
