What I hate is that the author pretty much knows that + Show Spoiler + those two should be together, with almost every shot he has shuu and ruri, but never does anything more. No matter how good the scenes in the last chapter were, it still left a bad taste in my mouth knowing that it would be several chapters later (if ever) something happens between them.

That's one of the sad part ![]() It's a high selling manga series with a anime series ongoing. He is just gonna keep teasing us until it loses it's popularity i guess. So we are lucky if we get to see them getting together in 50- 100 chapters or so.

I'll start with Katanagatari, written by the same guy as bakemonogatari, and medaka box. It's a series with 12, 50 minute episodes. The story follows Yasuri Shichika, a swordless swordsman, and Togame, a (cute little girl) strategian, on their quest to collect 12 legendary blades. overall I thought the Katanagatari was ~ an 8/10, but the last episode wrapped up the series so perfectly, I have to give it a 10.

Kuuchuu Buranko was pretty unnoticed iirc. I think maybe people have heard of it but not a lot of people have watched it? The movie, Colorful....Nobody really talks about Noein, but I think everyone in the IRC has watched it so iono Tentai Senshi Sunred seemed to go unnoticed, since it came out in 2009 but was drawn very....old school and not at all like other anime in 2009. It was crazy hilarious. Bounen no Xam'd I think doesn't get a lot of love. I thought it was pretty good, but I think it's overlooked by a lot of people who just go to Eureka 7 instead for their fill of Bones. That slice of life supernatural show, Kamichu....was really cute....>< Maybe these are all really popular and I just don't pay attention. Like I'm not sure what it means to go unnoticed, so I just name a bunch of shows that I think other people don't talk about but instead talk about other things that I think are not as good. >__> Obviously Texhnolyze went unnoticed by the "general populace." ....... :3

Katanagatari is not underrated at all. It is extremely popular, Nisio Isin and all that. Though it's not overrated like some show either. Hidden gem: Futakoi Alternative. This and Coyote Ragtime Show made me think OMFG ufotable is amazing! And half a decade later they proved me right. Other shows I think are less popular than they deserve: Oh Edo Rocket Kamichu Pumpkin Scissors Toshokan Sensou Natsu no Arashi Mouretsu Pirates Edit: Shit ZNF beat me at Kamichu...

The monologue from PV sure sounds like Chihara Minori, but AFAIK she has no relation to any previous TM stuff.

Especially the first arc about WW The later arcs were average or decent at best though Not sure where it was good. Characters were awful, the mysteries even if interesting at first were solved in such stupid way it was mindblowing, damn even the writing felt off most of the time. Literally nothing good. During 5th episode I was raging so hard at the main hero lying on the stars and being "victorique exiiist buuuu" that I dropped the series for good. Ugh. On the topic of not well known anime that were good... this may be weird one. Anyone checked Gilgamesh? Worse animation I have ever seen but damn, it hooked me up on the story and dirty world. Also + Show Spoiler + dem many deaths and no happy end

hmm fooling the sea god into returning her feelings? seems odd but I guess it's worth a try lol. Sayu finally confessing to Kaname and him breaking down and such, a rare site to see but will make things more interesting and was a good idea imo seeing as Chisaki loves Tsumugu more than him. Wonder who Miuna will end up with seeing how things are going.
