I honestly started looking around to see on the internet if whoever put the torrent together had fucked up and put in episodes from another anime. I was pretty confused about where all this vampire/True Ancestor/Dead Apostle suddenly came from and didn't understand until I played Tsukihime and followed that up by reading the TM wiki. To sum: God damn Nasuverse. EDIT: Monogatari 12 + Show Spoiler + I really hope Snake gets it. By that I mean bat fangs/kaiji killer or something. Butterfly eyes creep the hell out of me too.

Most people here will put spoilers alert when discussing ongoing shows, and this alone show that we respect the fact that not everyone get to see the latest episodes. But for older animes, it is really hard to keep this thread as a "general one" if we have to put spoiler tags on everything we say. I think for most major events, people will put them in spoiler alert. But for general feeling toward an anime, i don't see why we should censor ourselves... About "anti-climatic" : Again, this can be subjective. I thought FZ ending was perfect (and coming from someone who watched FSN after watching FZ) Kind of like The last of Us + Show Spoiler + some people found it disappointing, but I found it perfect I wasn't talking about this thread, I wouldn't care if it had happened here. On September 23 2013 14:11 Ecael wrote: Giving a subjective opinion on the ending of something is not a spoiler. People giving you no information other than that they feel that something is subpar...doesn't actually tell you anything. It is your fault for being an idiot and taking someone else's words as the gospel. Notice how something being anti-climatic doesn't actually limit any possibilities with the outcome of the show, at least, nothing beyond your decision that it is going to suck. Following that logic, do all the people that just sang praises of F/Z balance out the anti-climatic opinion? Are you now overhyped and pissed again that it is going to be such an epic ending? As for people elaborating what they feel is wrong about the show, you know, you are very much welcome to form an opinion of the show yourself. If you can't watch something and form your own opinion without having it influenced by people on the internet to the point of it ruining your experience. Then do yourself a favor and don't browse the web. That doesn't change the fact that some might find the ending anti-climatic for whatever reason, nor does it actually tell you anything because you don't know jackshit about the series to make conjectures on. Nasuverse basically assumes prior and random knowledge anyway ![]() You still don't understand. If a thread is specific to one single question, then the answers should all revolve around that question. It wasn't a general F/Z thread. Stating his opinion that F/Z's ending is anti-climatic helps me nothing to decide if I can enjoy F/Z without watching F/SN first. You are right that I shouldn't take it too seriously, but I'm easily influenced by stuff like that, and you can call it stupidity, or personal trait/flaw, it's still a fact. I'm glad that I could read some opposing opinion's about the ending, it restored the balance for me.

I'm glad that I could read some opposing opinion's about the ending, it restored the balance for me. If your complaint was that people didn't answer your question directly, then I would've thought it a silly thing to get worked up over, but you'd have a point. Saying that F/Z's ending was anti-climatic certainly doesn't tell you anything about which to watch first. Except that wasn't the bulk of it. The issue that you spent more time complaining about was how the pointless answer affected you. A pointless answer in form of an opinion. Those things happen to pop up really often when people try to talk about what they feel about a subject. If you are actually made happier about the people talking about the ending positively, then really, you might as well as just never look at such discussions prior to actually watching something. On a somewhat unrelated note, threads and discussions derail all the time. what are you going to do about it zzz

Watch Highschool DxD 2 opening and you'll realize it's possible without breaking your neck! Not very comfy though. + Show Spoiler + they rotated the characters of the lyrics by 90° for some reason, at least where I checked it out ![]()

Overall still very satisfied with the adeption. just finished it as well, some overall thoughts: + Show Spoiler [TWGOK] + Yeah I'm satisfied with the adeption as well. It was super fast pathed but it was awesome. Ayumi and Chihiro were really good the last couple of episodes. Actually all of them were really good, the only one I didn't quite like was the boy-ish one who's name I just can't remember, but that's just me, I never really liked her to begin with. For the bad parts: Disappointing that they had to leave out Haqua/Diana date, as in the scene that started all this, both for story reasons and for general awesomeness of the scene... but that was already mentioned 10 times in this thread so I'll leave it at that Also sad there was no bottle-girl and like you said the snack party, but the bottle-girl really was weird to be left out. And above all I'm still mad at how they handeled the Chihiro ending. That scene was singlehandedly the best scene in all of the TWGOKs mangas, by far, even trumping things like Haqua doing that betting game with Keima + Show Spoiler [manga] + tsundere-ing like crazy when she had to fulfill any wish for him, three times, and she's all like uuuuh,... you know we said the loser has to do anything... but not anything anything, right? just to comepletly rage like crazy when she realizes he's just asking her about spirits and not asking her to do anything "special"Don't get me wrong, the scene was good in the adeption but it should have been way fucking more amazing. Edit: Oh but the good thing about the Chihiro thing was that they really made it good from Keimas point of view. You really could see how much it devastated him when he had time to not think about what to do next.
