And you think asking for recommendations with only very broad qualifiers here is better...? Like you say you want something like SnK, and want things 'geared towards adults'. But SnK is a shounen manga, just like how Bleach/Naruto/One Piece are (which apparently you don't want). So its next to impossible to give you any recommendations. So, imo, pick something that looks interesting from the chart in a genre you like, read its description, and go from there.

I'm so hyped for Ippo. I follow the manga weekly so I'm at a point where I don't remember 100% perfectly the content that will be featured in the S3, which is all the better :D

Thinking about picking up another VN to read when i feel like it, maybe Tsukihime or Muv luv? I'm pretty noob, haven't read any of the popular stuff

Tsukihime story is great, but the graphic is even worse than F/SN (by quite a margin).
There is supposedly a Tsukihime remake, but that was announced quite a few years ago and it's stuck in TM limbo.

TM's new product cycle is once every decade, so Tsukihime remake with bishie curry will be somewhere by 2022, Mahoyo will finish by 2040s.
