Anyway, there are some differences in there, since there is close to 40 years between the original and this one, but they are minor enough. | ||

Unless you mean because she unconsciously acknowledges Squealer as a human being after learning about the bakenezumi or something? Even though, I don't see the point of sacrificing Saki (who's from the start treating them with respect) to save a pile of goo who killed many of her kind, including parents and friends. She can't atone alone for the whole human species' sin and she deserved a bit of happiness at the end. Would have felt more than gratuitous. | ||

I know its late but was the lesbian fan service scene REALLY necessary? Not complaining. Also just started reading Zaregoto. I have missed out. Finished the localized official translation of vol1 and read what is available of vol2. Tried reading the translated doc file, its just not the same so I ordered it. Total came up to be $8 shipped, how so cheap! | ||
