So back to my favorite example in Nanase, where the tsundere in fact wouldn't be nearly as cute without that archetype because the character actually got shaped around it.

I am weak to the kind of circumstances in Hantsuki so I put up with it anyway, but Rika can be a massive turnoff at times. Lashing out because of circumstances is one thing, she was pretty much habitually abusive even after events that softened her up. Can be pretty damned annoying.

Just skip recap episodes, even Zeta Gundam and Turn A Gundam have them. Not that Wing is anything special, but dropping stuff because of recap episodes is kinda silly.

Well I actually did skip them and watched about ~5 episodes onwards (Heero was dicking around in a Leo) but by then I had already lost momentum. I think I also started reading S;G at that point. Turn A had one recap and I don't remember Zeta having any.
