I didn't know you read those lolol I used to read shoujo manga but they all get creepy about the boys at some point so I gave it up... We know that while the divergence number is below 1%, Mayuri dies every time. However, if Okarin chooses to save Mayuri (and therefore letting Kurisu die), I'm pretty sure that it isn't set in stone that Kurisu will die, like it is for Mayuri w/o Divergence > 1%. Like how it isn't set in stone that the group DOES get the IBN5100 w/ Divergence < 1%. Sometimes they do, sometimes they don't. It's just that in the string of events under 1%, Mayuri always dies. I don't think that this will turn into a choice of one or the other, because that would be too bad of a letdown, and semi pointless since the series looks like its going to revert back to episode 1 anyways lol, might as well do it for something. And I agree w/ Mayuri in ep. 10/11/12 or whichever that it is indeed sad that Okarin will live with full knowledge of all of the Group's relationship building and the such while most/none of it actually happened. Heavy stuff! | ||

+ Show Spoiler + This was not a strong as 20.5 imo. We already had our lot of characters going crazy and other suicides, and so it just felt like pointless repetition. I was however still shocked at how she couldn't realize that she was wrong and it couldn't be the old dude's fault. We could see how she completely lost of rationality. I was also shocked at how she betrayed her friend this easily. I wonder however how her kid died. We know that if left alone long enough infected people tend to recuperate, so she probably just did not take care of him and let him die... Scary... But her attitude is not very realistic in this case imo. Anyway, it was overall a very okay episode, but everything around that (from 20 to the end) is just so much better that it looked bad. | ||
