ともえねえさん～ You have a weekly anime power ranking? This intrigues me. Though I'm sure I'll disagree with everything you would put up. As Southlight said, I'm just ranking the five main girls in Iroha. Right now it's: 1. Nako 2. Tomoe 3. Ohana 4. Yuina 5. Minko 3-5 are a tossup, but Nako and Tomoe are the clear cut #1 and 2. My ranking would probably be Nako Tomoe Minko Ohana Yuina Personally I don't like Ohana's excessive optimism so it's actually pretty even between her and Minko. Rank between them will change depending on how the characters change as the series progresses, or if they get some awesome episode like Tomoe did. Yuina just hasn't had enough screen time to make any real call. I like Shirou because he is so stupid and because he isn't afraid to run into the middle of a battle like an idiot. Kohaku Grandma Chef boy Everyone else is annoying or borderline annoying. Nako is usually okay, but occasionally ventures into annoying shrinking violet territory. Minko is the latest in a long line of overly-tsun tsunderes. Ohana is so genki it feels forced. Yuina never appears, and when she does, she just doesn't come off as a particularly interesting character. Hopefully there's more plot next episode. Slice of life is fine, but I was expecting more from this show.
There probably will be. I don't see how they can keep this same format for nineteen more episodes : /
Also, Nako's shyness is what makes me love her so much :3

I finally got around to watching Lucky Star and seeing what all the commotion was about. I have to say: Brain melted or froze, I forget which, within the first 5 minutes... after that, I enjoyed the show thoroughly.
