At least not well enough that Sabo wouldn't need saving... By Luffy... In another rescue arc. It'd be a pretty cool way to basically redo Marineford but with a good ending this time. You are too fixated on Reverie. Reverie is a meeting between the World's Leaders to decide stuff, and its almost half the World away from where Luffy is right now. Like literally, Luffy is almost on the other side of the globe from there. Plus, Reverie isn't a place, its an event. And by the time the Revolutionary Army crash the event and whatever outcome that results, said event is sure to be over.
Honestly being so fixated on Luffy showing up at Reverie to save Sabo would be akin to someone being fixated that Luffy show up at Banaro Island to save Ace. It didn't work that way; Ace lost/got captured at Banaro Island while the Strawhats were busy, there was a bunch of plot fallout, and Ace was taken to Marineford for his execution. If Oda was going to repeat that pattern, it wouldn't be Reverie that Luffy would be showing up at.

The Reverie is over.... stuff happened offscreen and we will get a recap I imagine.
Also, shanks and whitebeard meeting before the summit war was a big thing. I'm sure the government has spies, i.e. CP0, who are reporting this disturbing news of an alliance between yonkous. I imagine, whatever the fallout of the events at reverie, there is at least one, if not several admirals heading to wano.

Why would anyone want to head to wano after that conference?

shanks seems to be a pacifist... he doesnt seem to be the kind of yonkou that will take on the world government. blackbeard is trying to establish his crews and territory; evident by the crews recent and continued exploits to get more devil fruits and continue to increase in strength; so he is not an immediate threat.
SO, it is safe to say, that an alliance between the two, and arguably most dangerous, remaining yonkou is some VERY good cause for concern. Especially seeing as between the two of them they have the 3/4 road poneglyphs, the last remaining poneglyph being on zou. I mean, the dukes of zou are in wano, about to fight the "final battle" if you will. Should big mom and Kaidou succeed and beat them, they will almost certainly head to raftel and discover the secret of the void century.
Also, you would imagine that, given the marines purchase weapons from wano, they would also have spies there to keep watch.
Again, lots of very very good reasons why at least one, if not many admirals will be descending on wano.
Would you care to elaborate why not?

I don't want to have the Revolutionarys getting repeatedly owned off screen, if we don't get a fair amount of insight into what actually went down I'm going to be bummed as hell. Why introduce the Revolutionarys like they did if they aren't going to get much of any actual screen time during a huge operation of theirs targeting an important event at an important place with teases of the unseen Admiral.
Have we really gotten like... Any real content with the Revolutionarys involved? We offscreened their base being wiped out, we got some Impel Down action but I'd categorize the glory of Ivankov as an Okama thing.
I want more Sabo, any Dragon, and to see some Revolutionarys and Admirals fuck some shit up!

Ahh OK. Well, you're going to be sad friend, because (in terms of timeline) the Levely (reverie) is over as 7 days have passed assuming the straw hats made it to wano around the same time as levely started. At best, you will get flashbacks... unless of course the whole ordeal has lasted more than 7 days...
Btw, all my analysis is based on the awesome work done by Artur @ https://thelibraryofohara.com

I wouldn't be surprised if we got a flashback. One Piece does things like that often. Like when Ace fought Blackbeard, that was a flashback.
|
If we don't get a flashback are we going to get almost any relevant Revolutionary content?
They have to do something with them after introducing all the executive types and giving them something big and important to do
|
Many times previously in OP someone/-things/ concepts were introduced only to be of significance very much later on. When I read Reverie chaps. I was hyped too but my initial reaction to seeing all the Revo-execs was that "hey wow won't it be cool to see these guys besides Luffy in the Final Battle Royal?" (so cca. 2 years from now)

That seems like the most likely case scenario because it makes sense. Luffy is all about freedom, not necessarily piracy, which is at the core of the Revolutionary ideals. Having said that, Oda has a knack for subverting plots to some very good effect and making things even better than the obvious plot line.

iirc they only have 2, the WG has one and the 4th is unknown

Incorrect. We are both wrong. I just checked https://onepiece.fandom.com/wiki/Poneglyph
one is on zou, one with big mom, one with kaido and one is considered lost....

If it took all of WG’s power to defeat whitebeard and his crew on their home turf, I don’t think they would risk sending their best people to fight two yonkous on a remote, hostile island.
Besides, the WG yonkou policy has been for decades to wait them to die of old age.
I’m not sure if the marines actively try to prevent pirates from reaching raftel, the place doesn’t seem to need any “protection”. Has this been stated somewhere?.
|
My understanding is the Marines aren't actively trying to prevent Pirates from reaching Raftel because so few people actually know how to reach it.
|
How many road poneglyphs do currently Straw Hats possess? 1 from Big Mom, right? They will get 2 & 3 in bundle (raid on Kaidou + after-battle arc back on Zou) & then I guess circumstances get 4th one to them?
edit: okay totally forgot about Raizou & all on Zou, so that makes it 2, will get 3 after raiding. Wow. Good job.

I wonder if any of the WG know themselves, otherwise I would think they would have done something to it.

Only Marines I could imagine knowing would maybe be the ones who were involved with Roger, like Garp maybe?
