Hahaha OP update made me laugh so hard... so true... so painfully true. Yet again (although early this week) I find myself hoping something good/interesting will happen next week.
The main character struggles to be interesting, and seems to be overshadowed by every other character... Its like if Spiderman was told from the perspective of his neighbor who doesn't really do anything of any interest.

I enjoyed the new chapter.. I wish Bleach would just stay with the school stuff :/

fuckin lol at the op. k honestly he's obviously gonna get his power back. i still can't believe that they spent the ENTIRE story building upon aizen as the ultimate villian and now they just locked him away..? i can't believe that. he HAS to come back. plz..

I'm so confused. But that dude on the previous page that I'm now too lazy to quote seems correct... Hmmmm I still like Bleach mang.

I still think we will lear more about Ichigo's mother. The official story is that she was eaten by a hollow. But now that we know that Ichigo's dad was a shinigami, I think there is more to his mother. Maybe she was a hollow, and that would explain Ichigo's hollow/shinigami's nature. (Remember what Azen said: you are the son of a shinigami... and he did not finish).

So this is kind of a little delayed but I just realized it. How did Urahara get into soul society back during the Aizen fight? Isn't he suppose to be like banished from ever returning or some bs?!

its like everything started over with the last 2 chapters. why couldn't they just end aizen and end bleach right there... kubo needs to stop milking this manga.

OP update was awesome. I think we're just waiting to see if anything is going to happen.
With the Ichigo power reset, this is the first time in a long time that I'm interested in seeing what Kubo does with Chad/Orihime/Ishida. Before, only Ishida had any potential of being not useless, but it seems like Kubo wanted to do something with Chad/Orihime, and they ended up being useless. Maybe he'll throw those 3 (along with maybe Tatsuki and Karin) into a situation where they're not in way over their heads (Chad had to fight one of the strongest captains and an espada, poor guy) and actually be able to do something.
Despite the fact that literally nothing has happened in the last 2-3 chapters, I feel more interested in these 2-3 chapters than I did in the previous 200

Indeed, the level of reset is almost more interesting just because there is less of a hole to dig out of, but if the past many years has taught us anything it is to be cynical and reserved with our hopes for the storyline.

what the fuck is going on with this manga. omg.

Haha, no way, I've been wtf'ing for the past several years and now I finally get a chance to be interested in the series. I'm gonna take this brief moment to enjoy the series. I'm sure I'll have plenty of time down the road to be cynical and bash this series despite the fact that I still read it every week
Kinda weird how that works. The people most addicted to the series bash it the most

what the hell happened in the recent chapter? He works there? WHAT?

Not to be all melodramatic, but this is absolutely ridiculous. We had like 2-3 years of pure garbage chapters that culminated in quite possibly the most ludicrous anti-climactic fight in shonen history and now we're 3 chapters into this timeskip and literally nothing has happened. If i was watching this animated I would assume that I was watching filler.
btw the only reason that I still read the manga is because I've been doing it for so long and it just takes a couple of minutes every week, I'm probably going to stop at this rate though. It's that bad.

I love that everyone feels the need to defend their reason for reading Bleach here. But I entirely agree with what you said... This really needs to pick up and like... next chapter. Rather than adding on new characters that will presumably see little or no more 'screen time' so to speak.
They also showed everyone in Soul Society practicing post-Aizen and whatnot... if they're just wasting time, they might as well diversify a little bit and waste time in both settings.
The OP update still seems to stand. "Ichigo Kurosaki is a teenager."
Although it does look like they've set themselves up for something to happen next week... *sigh*
