I have to admit that chapter 422 had me very hopeful for some amazing end, and 423 left me super unsatisfied.
+ Show Spoiler +Yet again, nobody died, everything is totally fine/normal. Ichigo had his reset button pushed.
Maybe I was hoping for too much when hoping that he'd actually die, or become a hollow and have another Kaien situation or something.
Now I'm worried Aizen will break out, and Ishin will just give Ichigo his powers, (imagine a reason to have 2 people with the same abilities!) and we'll just be right back where we were at 422, having lost another month of time hoping something awesome happens.

holy shit, aizen's still alive! this is seriously the best thing that has happened in a 100+ chapters. i still have hope that ichigo will team up with aizen because he realizes that the king of soul society is evil and aizen had the right intentions (not means) in trying to reach true heaven. but alas, the mangaka is a dumbfuck.

That's one of the major problems. No deaths for the good guys decreases the emotional significance of battles and destroys any possible suspense in future fights.

Alright,
+ Show Spoiler +so, Aizen won't die so they will imprison him instead. I bet they will free him at some point in the future because they need him, and then he becomes a good guy.
This would be a good moment to end the series, but I don't think so.

Gin died? wtf is kubo a retard? (yes) nobody dies but great chars... Fighting against useless henchmen took over like 200 chapters, then gins betreyal and aizens defeat took 5. God damn my head hurts to this stupidity.

It's not ending lol, Kubo is just on a 2 weeks hiatus....also wtf? Aizcen can't be killed, Yama is alive but Gin isn't? Wut?
