Bleach with all its silliness in pacing/ some character design still consists WAY more shades of gray than Naruto, Soul Society itself was presented as a mirror of human society (starting from slums up to closed gates with self-righteous prick captain, RIP Gin). Soul/spirit King was called by Aizen himself "a thing", this was the first time when our villain actually despised something with emotion. Urahara was potrayed as someone not really to be fully trusted since very long time. Etc. I just hope, that Kubo will pull out something truly wicked with the king. So far his appearance gives me a good vibe. | ||
