I could be wrong, but I don't think people were doing to be satisfied with those scenes no matter what.

But even without the atrocity that was the start of the episode, the rest wasn't much better. I just get taken back to Dark Knight Rises + Show Spoiler +. I got excited that like right after he was under her careful watch he tranq'd her and was hoping that's how he'd get off the leash. I really hope they pick it up a notch, season 5 and 6 were pretty bad, but I feel season 7 is starting off even worse than those 2(and remember S5 had that terrible opening episode).

i waited since S01E01 that police will hunt him for some episodes at a time, that was so obvious that i got bored fast when that happened. and i dont really like the characters. nice plot, but too few fresh ideas, just the common rubbish between people. changed after S02 perhaps, dont know, even if it did it was too late for me. didnt like the development and progression of the characters, too. all so weird. cool guys die, freaks stay. but well.. if you like it, why not.

I'd love for you to show a more passionate, aggressive scene in the series, not only anger and rage but overbearing prowess and dominance. Look at Dexter shrivel like a coward - no other character has come this close to making him wet his pants like the newborn puppy that he is in comparison to Miguel.
