Then there will probably be a second framing...or...LaGuerta gets killed for coming too close.
If Dexter killed LaGuerta and Deb knew about it that would be a pretty crazy ending to the series and start to the final season.

He didn't go to Budapest. He killed the guy in the Miami airport. Yeah LaGuerta finding the blood-slide like that was pretty unrealistic, but evidence sweeps are so thorough that they probably would have found it eventually. So the fact that she found it in that way didn't really change the overall story. I think the fact that she found it is going to be very important (although you are probably right it would have been found either way). She grabbed the slide instead of logging it. She's going to try to get some crazy revenge I think. On who would she get revenge? She doesn't know that it was Dexter's slide, right? Wouldn't she assume it was Doakes, or does she suspect that Doakes wasn't the real BHB (Bay Harbor Butcher)?
Well, Doakes is long gone and the blood in the slide was confirmed to be Travis's. Which means one of two things:
1. Doakes isn't dead 2. Doakes was innocent
I mean, I guess maybe there could be a copycat killer. Or something. But I imagine those two scenarios are the ones currently playing in LaGuertas head right now.

And since they found Doakes body and ID'd it with dental records etc. that leaves only option #2. Doakes was innocent.
Also this whole Debra watching over him thing is starting to bore the living shit out of me and it's only been one episode.... Please just kill her Dexter! Please? The writers haven't pretty much backed her character into a corner, an extremely boring story arc corner... Kill her off before this season goes down the shit hole!

Does anyone else feel like at the end of the season as the world is caving in on Dexter, the intern Louis is going to get framed as the serial killer? They'll find his video blogs making it seem like he was trying to set Dexter up, they'll find out he ordered the arm and was generally obsessed with Dexter, and they'll discover he previously set someone up to take their job.

why was the prisoners icecream building up itself longer he got it in his hands ? I hope Dexter kills his sister. she is hot but borring :

Oh and, liking the series so far

I stopped watching after the Trinity killer season, to be honest that one was already a bit dissapointing but I kept watching for the actor that portrayed Trinity, recently caught myself up but I just can't really get fascinated by it like it used to, perhaps series like Breaking Bad and the Wire have raised my expectations for serious drama series, one of my main problems is I really don't like Dexter himself anymore, the whole lovable killer thing is getting very old, it's basically a 2 note character, nice guy or serial killer and his inner narration is getting stupider by the episode.
Mind you I have not read the books, perhaps that stupidity was cleared up but this whole not feeling emotions shtick when he clearly does is getting very old.
Also, as far as killers go, the last 2, DDK and the rape club or however those idiots where called just didn't really connect with me, the DDK reveal was kind of cute, but apart from that didn't have much going for him, same for the generic businessmen that made up the rape club.
To be honest it kind of feels like the concept has been played out, although if they can really spice the series I give 'em a bit longer, but I believe they should make a good last 1 or 2 seasons and call it quits, they had a good run, especially the first seasons where fantastic.

You may be the first person I've ever seen/heard saying something bad about s4. Arguably the best season of the series, with s1 giving it a very close run for its money.

I've watched all seasons, with s1 and s2 being my favorite, and I'm pretty happy with the way things are going so far in s7. Hope they don't mess it up.

I dislike how Harrison was completely disregarded in Deb's plan to "heal" Dexter. Not that I care much for the affect he has on Dexter's character, but for logical reasons it makes no sense.

thought the same thing, found pretty strange how they didnt say a word about the baby in this whole plan of dexter moving to Debs place..

How much youwannabet that this whole "rehab" thing blows over rather quickly when a murderer slips through the system and an angry Deb sicks Dexter after him Harry style?

yeah, during the moving in plan i was like so where's harrison is gonna stay?! and during the two nights harrison was nowhere to be seen, kinda weird to say the least.

The only thing that I thought was really stupid about last episode was that Deb drove off to give Dexter a "few minutes" alone, which he used to dump Lewis's unconscious body on the bench. There is no way that Deb would leave him alone and give him an opportunity to sneak off and pull something, especially because the whole reason that she drove down to talk to him is because he called her about the "urges" he was having.
EDIT: Oh yeah, and they haven't really explained what the situation with Harrison is. He seems to be staying in Dex's apartment still? So either he is being left by himself or the babysitter is literally with him 24/7?

Well, seems obvious now what happens. Dexter frame Louis. Deb will always have the feeling "what if it was him who did this or that". Labitchuerta will think about dexter, will she also find out that he saved her from miguel? Laguerta is a good victim for dexter, its like the ultimate sacrifice, survival, can Deb kill her, can dexter change deb so much this season? Quinn will deal with the Mafia.
Dexter will be an idiot and still not tell enough to deb

You forgot that the Ukranians know Dexter's name. Hes going to have to deal with them personally.

You know what I'm hoping the season finale and the lead-up to season 8 will be?
Dexter finally has enough of Louis and decides to kill him in the last episode. While he's about to kill Louis, Laguerta pops out with a gun pointed at him and tells him to stop. They ramble on for a little bit before Dexter decides to plunge the knife down into Louis's chest. At this moment Laguerta pulls the trigger. However, Deb comes from outta nowhere and takes the shot to her chest. They have some teary-eyed moment and Deb dies while Laguerta is in shock. Dexter loses himself completely and brutally murders Laguerta, stabbing her over and over again with her blood splattering everywhere. Dexter leaves some of his DNA at the scene and Masuka figures out it's him. Season 8 will be about deranged Dexter having lost his loyalty to the code, murdering however he pleases while on the run from the police.
Just like this, we get rid of annoying ass Laguerta and Deb. I become a side character in the show and become the rebound for Batista's sister since Louis is dead. We have three children and live happily ever after.
The end.
