Madara has been alive for a massive amount of time is it that wierd hes learned some medical ninjutsu since he grow up in a WAR? plus Hashi's ability is passive like Tsunade regeneration technique i dont know why didnt madara kill kakashi at the same time he took his sharingan... why waste time? It is not known whether Madara knows all of Hashirama's technique and I heavily doubt it. But it has already been known that his body has huge regenerative powers thanks to Hashirama's chakra, I think, so maybe that is why his body can attach an eye transplant so seemingly easily? | ||

As for eye transplant, Madara has been collecting eyes for years, we saw a panel where he had a wall of sharingan eyes. Also to point out that Kakashi's eye was originally Obitio's. Yes the powers may differ a little bit but it's still pretty similar to Obito's eye power of going to the other dimension. And we all know that Madara mentored and taught Obito for a majority of his life, he will know inside and out of his ability. And sorry that I don't have the links to the panels | ||

I just havent rlly felt the same about Op since the timeskip and haki got even bigger.
